You will love the energy of this house. It has plenty of natural light. You are close to the city but it’s nice and quiet. New carpet, newly painted interior/exterior and new hardwood floors throughout. The master bedroom has a private bathroom. Bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 Share a bathroom. Lawn care is up-to-date and looking great. Other rooms include living room,kitchen dining room atrium entryway, back porch with additional dining table, seating and stellar city views.

We had just had the entire interior of the house painted. I did stress to my cleaning Team to do a deep clean but they Fell short. I did let them Know. Usually its very tIdy. Out apologies. We will continue to Improve.

Beautiful and comfortable

We loved staying here. Great view as promised, quiet neighborhood and easy access to freeways. The house is lovely, the kitchen well appointed, the beds comfortable. We didn’t want to leave!

3 Night Stay in LA Area

We enjoyed our stay in this Granada Hills property. The location is quiet even though located near major highway access. The house had everything my family needed for the stay. It was very clean and very roomy. If I happened to go back to the LA area again, I would definitely stay here again if available.

Great views in Granada Hills!

Myself and three other family members were gathering for a memorial service for our Mom. Enjoyed an afternoon of family time at the house following the ceremony and lunch out. Weather was perfect for opening up the slider and enjoying the breeze and sunshine. Conveniently located, home was comfortable, nicely furnished and clean. Loved all of the outdoor plants in the breezeway! Love to stay there again. Owner was prompt to respond to my messages. Obvious from the home's decor that the owner is a musician! Thanks!

Great location, clean, easy!

We stayed for 5 nights to visit elderly family who live in a home near this rental. While we initially booked for proximity to family, it was perfect for enjoying a little of LA in the meantime. I am from here, so I can say with experience that you can't beat the location - you certainly don't feel like you're in LA, but it's a hop skip to major freeways and is almost a "back road" to some of the best spots. We also visited the nearby O'Melveny Park of my childhood and let the kids run their hearts out in the orange tree grove. Sheets were clean, plenty towels, can control the temp and had good A/C. Characteristic of the architect who designed these unique homes, the entry courtyard is a cute little jungle to walk through. Communication with the owner was great. When we arrived, the check in and property operation info were missing from the VRBO email, so I checked in with the owner and he provided info right away. Wi-Fi access info was laid out for us though - an important piece 😊. All in all a great location, clean, and simple. Thank you for a chance to relive some memories and make some new ones!
