Host was great to work with. The place was clean and enjoyable everything was just as pictured. Cabin was modern and luxurious. The pool and the activities on different floors allowed our group of 13 to spread out and enjoy themselves. The things that stood out was the view and fireplaces in the living room, deck and master suite. The indoor pool, jacuzzi and Theater room were a big plus. Family made lasting memories thank you so much.

Great location that's close proximity to Gatlinburg and the house was perfect for our group. Lots to do in the evenings at the house. The bears did come by at least twice a day so the kids enjoyed that. We would definitely say there again.

Great Weekend Getaway

The cabin was amazing and had plenty of amenities on site to keep every age group entertained. The management company even had a small Christmas tree set up, making it the perfect setting to celebrate an early Christmas with family.

Awesome Cabin!!

Our overall stay was perfect!! Cabin and location were perfect. We would have liked to have had a tv on the main floor outdoor deck, but other than that everything was GREAT!!

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay! We had 10 adults and 7 kids and 2 infants with plenty of space. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Location was not far from town or hiking.

Perfect for a family!

We loved all the games there. Of coarse the pool and hot tub were perfect for out kids too. It was amazing!

Awesome place to stay. Close to everything. House has everything but limited in cleaning supplies (dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap). Community pool was nice. Highly recommended for large groups.

Great vacation

The cabin was gorgeous and had everything we needed! I will definitely suggest this to anyone and everyone, we did have a little bit of an issue with the pool alarm first but got it figured out in the end! We will definitely book again in the future.

Spectacular

We were so happy with this property. Beds were comfortable, pool, hot tub, sauna were amazing. Theatre room needs aired out probably because it's in the same area as pool and smelled musty.but we did enjoy watching movies together as a family. Not a great view of the mountains but if you are more interested in the amenities this cabin is awesome.

Well worth the Stay

We all had a great time and the amenities were good. The management team responded to everything and anything we asked in just a matter of minutes every time. Only issues i found with place was that several things were broken and needed repair. The games downstairs were missing parts...the air hockey puck was broken and no others to use. The Foosball table was mising handles and the shuffleboard table had no sawdust so could not use it. Everything else was great. We would stay again...just need those things repaired b4 we stay next time. But woild definitely still recommend.

Family Vacation

The property really exceeded our expectations. The photos on the listing didn’t do it justice. There were 14 of us and there was more than enough space. We had a great time celebrating my father’s 70th birthday!!!

The house was just like the pictures. Everyone enjoyed all the games, pool, and hot tub. House still has a few issues that need to be addressed since it is brand new. Property managers were responsive when I called.

Great stay

This property was amazing. It still had the new house smell and it was big enough for a family of 15. The kids really enjoyed the pool and theater. It’s in a good spot close to everything. I really enjoyed the master bedroom the big shower was my favorite. Only thing I would complain about is the cooking ware, the pans wasn’t any good our food stuck to them and the knives weren’t any good. The pool alarm was a pain but it was resolved quickly. I would definitely book this cabin again.

There was no gas so we couldn’t use the fireplaces, grill or pool. We notified the rental company upon arrival. They ordered the gas; however it only arrived the afternoon before our departure, 3 days late. We were given a partial refund; however we were not able to enjoy the amenities that we were looking forward to receiving.

Beautiful Cabin Perfect for Family & Friends !!!

The cabin was clean and looked better in person. There were 14 people in my group, and the home was so spacious we did not feel crowded. If there were any issues or problems, my messages were responded to in a prompt professional manner. Neighbors were nice and quite, and there is a strip near by with plenty of activities and things to do. Perfect for a small birthday gathering or family vacation. The pool alarm was a little difficult to figure out but worked fine afterwards, Wi-Fi worked good & I would definitely return!

Great place, poor management

Upon checking in we found they had sent us no front door codes, wrong internet, Alexa didn’t work etc. it advertises tv’s in each room and movie room but only the main tv had cable hooked up. We rented largely for the fireplaces but when we got there none of them worked. We called and complained and called. They weren’t interested in solving the issue. A day later someone finally came out and found that we where out of propane! So, don’t fall for the line about inspecting before you arrive. No working fireplaces, only one tv, a master bath sink that was taped off unusable, doors that didn’t work, the list goes on. Nice place, very poor management.
