Beautifully updated home that the whole family will enjoy. 4 spacious bedrooms each with their own bathroom. 3 of the bedrooms have brand new king mattresses, the 4th bedroom has 2 bunks and sleeps 4. Kitchen has everything you will need. Screened in patio as well as open air balcony. And an amazing elevator as well! We designed this house to make it truly feel like your home away from home. Centrally located 2 minutes from UNCW, and 12 minutes to Wrightsville beach! 10 beds total

With exception of 2 owners storage closets, you have access to the whole house

Steven was a great host. Very responsive and nice. Had one issue but he responded immediately. The house was clean and spacious. We use this house for all of our family and parents for UNCW graduation! It was close to everything. I would highly recommend this house especially if you have a student at UNCW!

Felt new. Kitchen had everything. Steven was very good at communicating. Had a little difficulty with the door code. I’d stay again. Beds were comfy. Fire pit was fun too! Elevator was great!

Place was picture perfect. We were traveling with an 83 year old and she was able to enjoy riding on the elevator. Family members who were at other properties plan to use it for future stays. We had one concern and was addresses and taken care of immediately. This was an awesome host and we so enjoyed our stay. Plan to book for all future events. Thank you Steven

Amazing visit to Wilmington. We were there for a family wedding. The house and amenities were top notch. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was perfect for getting ready for the wedding. There is plenty of food options with in walking distance. Would highly recommend this property!

Great house for a crowd

Great house for a crowd! It was very clean. Main negatives—bunk beds did not have top sheets, just the comforter and some of the dishes in the cabinets were not clean. Otherwise was great and very comfortable! There was a college party happening next door, but inside the house it was very quiet. Steve communicated well and promptly.

Wilmington weekend

The heat went-out Fri. night on the main floor. The upstairs 4th. bedroom has no sheets or blankets. All mattresses need replacing. The down-stairs exhaust fan in bathroom did not work. The downstairs heating started blowing cold air at 3 am on Sunday morning, no warm air coming out when we left at 8:45 am. The lights on the entry key pad are extremely hard to see during the afternoon. Other than that we really enjoyed the house. It was in a great location for what we came back to Wilmington for. The elevator really came in handy for those of us with health issues. Not sure if we'll rent that house again, mainly because of the poor bunk beds mattresses. The house manager did get the Heating and ait conditioning man to the house on Sat. to address the heating issue. He couldn't fix the problem completely but he was able to fix it enough to where we could be comfortable for the time we had left at the house.

Very nice house!

The house worked perfectly for our family and extended family. There are plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms, and it is close to UNCW if that is what you want. Everything was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed and then some. We will rent this place again as we head to Wilmington often to visit family.

Super Home & Experience

We rented this home to surprise our mom for her milestone birthday (four sisters & husbands). The home & photos were exactly as described, was very clean and well furnished. One of the most important features for us were the four bedrooms each with private, full bathrooms. The elevator was a must for our parents and it worked great! The owners, Steve & Courtney we exceptionally accommodating, thoughtful and any questions were answered immediately. The house is conveniently located near stores, too! We highly recommend this rental! If needed again, we'll stay here!

Great Home Base for a Teacher Conference

My team and I had a great stay at this home. It had everything that we needed and was perfect as our homebase for a conference we were attending. Steven was a great host and we appreciate his hospitality. Be aware that there is a shared driveway with the house next door and the home you are staying in is in the back.

Great House and Value

Wedding weekend with seven adults. Property was great with a full bath for each bedroom. Elevator was great for my 85 year old mom. Main floor has great and specious open concept which made gathering easy and comfortable. Everything worked and seemed up to date. This property is good if you are looking for a more central location in Wilmington that can handle large groups comfortably. Highly recommend.

Great set up for 4 adults

4 siblings meeting from various parts of country for a several day get together. All had bdrm and private bath. Great common area and kitchen where we spent all of our time. Host was super responsive and went out of his way to make sure he could make our stay extra special.

Great Wilmington Experience

The property was great. Plenty of space, very clean, and a perfect location. Steven was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The EV charger was an added bonus since we just got a plug in hybrid. We would 100% stay here again if we are in the area.

Great first visit to Wilmington

House was great, large and spacious for our family of 7. Good location that is central to everything, beach 15 minutes in one direction and downtown/riverwalk 15 minutes in the other direction. We were visiting to see UNCW and this was a perfect location. Check in was super easy and communication was great. Would stay here again if looking for a central location, especially something for UNCW.
