When you want to be a part of it all but still enjoy quiet solitude, Tarn Landing is just the place for you! Tucked away from the highways and town, and close to the reservoir, you can retreat here after a full day of outdoor activities.

It is a quick walk to Starbucks, Natural Grocers, some quick-service restaurants, and a bus stop that can take you to any of the four surrounding ski areas. This split-level condo has a welcoming living room with a gas fireplace, a ready-to-cook-in kitchen, a dining area perfect for enjoying meals together, and a private balcony.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with Jack and Jill sinks, and a bathtub and shower combo. Just outside the bedroom is the second bathroom with a private washer and dryer.

Upstairs is a spacious common area with a third bathroom.

The outdoor hot tub is just steps away in the clubhouse.

Parking is available for 2 vehicles in an uncovered lot.

Come and enjoy this property for a month or two this summer and breathe in the fresh mountain air!

Located on the north end of Frisco, this property is just a few blocks from Safeway, Natural Grocers, Whole Foods, and Walmart for all your shopping needs. Meadow Creek Park is next to the bus transfer station, which in the past has offered ice skating in the winter when the pond is frozen. When the weather warms, you are just blocks away from Dillon Reservoir, bike and walking paths, and many great trails.

Fantastic place

Stayed here for a week of skiing at keystone and it was perfect. Plenty of food options close by. Management was awesome with communication. We will stay here again.

Wonderful property

This is a great property with lots of space. 3 full bathrooms. Amazing. Kitchen had everything we needed & the appliances are new & very nice. We will stay here again.

Great Spot for Ski Trip

This property was so convenient for driving to Breckenridge, Vail, Keystone, and even Beaver Creek! There were 4 of us staying at the Condo and there was still ample room. The parking is perfect, right outside your doorway. The hot tub was an added plus! The whole facility is clean and well maintained. I would definitely go back here!

Wonderful

Clean, well appointed and quiet. We would highly recommend this unit. We also really liked the location. In addition, Sky Run called and texted us to make sure we were comfortable and had no needs. Great service!

Enjoyed our stay!

The location and amenities were great. We appreciated that almost all the appliances worked well. They do need a new coffee maker as it kept clogging. They do need some serious dusting/deep cleaning as my husband and I both suffered from allergy symptoms while there. Overall we liked the property a lot!

Tarn Landing at Lake Point Drive

There were three of us staying at the condo and we had plenty of room! The condo can accommodate more with the large loft area and multiple beds. We very much appreciated the 3 full bathrooms and laundry. The house was stocked with all the essentials and everything was very clean. Directions for check in were very easy and the house came with helpful information about the area and property, they even gave me a courtesy call on the 1st day to make sure everything was fine with the condo. The location was perfect and easy access to shops, grocery, walking paths and ski resorts. We would definitely stay at the property again if returning to the area!

Mostly good.

Overall, a good place. Checked in on Sunday and there were a few issues but no response from property management until Monday. Wrong Hot tub code was provided and master bedroom TV wasn’t working. Correct code was delivered on Monday, but tv never got fixed unfortunately.

Great property, poor communication.

I messaged the host 3 times leading up to the stay with no response. Didn’t receive check in information until 20 min after the check in time and had unanswered questions in the chat. I don’t think the host uses the Vrbo platform very well.
