We came to the island for my husbands 40th birthday and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Plenty of room for all of us - 6 adults and 2 children. The house is beautiful and is the most well stocked vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. If you needed it, they had it. We hired a private chef one evening and the kitchen was perfect for that experience. Beach access is right next to the house and the pool isn’t far. We enjoyed all of the amenities. The house also has beach wagons, chairs, bikes and beach toys so definitively take inventory of what they have before renting anything. Beds were comfy and plenty of sitting areas. Hope to be back soon!

Our stay at 2251 Catesbys Bluff Ct

The house was beautiful and very well appointed. Anything we needed in the kitchen was found. Plenty of cookware, serving dishes, glassware for all types of drinks. A/C worked great and kept the house cool even with temps in the 90s. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of very nice bath towels for all four en-suite bathrooms. Washer and dryer were handy. Access to the house was easy using the lockbox. Reaching the boardwalk to the beach was only a short walk away. Overall, a great experience was had by all. We would definitely book this home again. The properly management company was very responsive. There was an odor in the garage area and they came immediately to remedy the issue. They also power washed the outdoor shower that had collected pine straw and palm frond debris. If I made a suggestion it would be that the gas grill be attended after guests leave. There was an enormous buildup of charred residue and grease in the bottom that resulted in flames that couldn’t be controlled before our meal was ruined. On the plus side, the resulting ash was easily scooped away the next day leaving the grill ready for safe use.

Family vacation

We would stay here over and over and over again. The kitchen is dreamy, all the rooms are so nice. Our family has stayed in 15+ houses on the island and this is the top one! You can walk to the beach from board walk 2 which is just around the corner

Beautiful Home

The house is beautiful and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The kitchen is amazing with most any item needed if you love to cook. The owner was very understanding of our situation and worked with us on some last minute details to enable all of us to be together. This is definitely a home I would visit again. Thank you!!

Sun, fun and friends

We rented this unit with 3 other couples. It was perfect for our group. The club was a wonderful bonus. Seabrook’s location was great since there were so many places to see that were close by.

Great Beach Week

Four good size bedroom coupled with a really generous size kitchen, Dinning and living area. The amount of natural light form windows and skylights was truly impressive. Short walk over the dunes to the beach. The grand parents with 2 families of 4 and a spare Aunt had plenty of room.

Great beach house!

10 minute walk from the house to the beach. The house was very spacious and well maintained. We had 7 adults and 2 children and everyone enjoyed the stay.

Family gathering

Clean and well appointed property. Kitchen was large and more-than-adequately supplied with cooking implements. Appliances were up to date and all worked well. The house was very clean upon arrive (extremely important to us in COVID times). Very quick and easy access to the beach. Really the best VRBO property we have ever rented. Seabrook is an ideal family location. The beach was huge with very few people on it.

August 2020 Vacation

We spent a wonderful 2 weeks at this property. The house is just a short 1/4 mile walk to beach and has many updates/upgrades. The one thing we found was that it was not very clean...not sure if it was the group before us or just the job done prior to our arrival. Luckily the house is supplied with cleaning products and tools we were able to tidy up. The open concept is great and can hold plenty of people. The island is fairly quiet and the house provided plenty of beach gear and 2 bikes which was great! We all enjoyed our time in Seabrook and Catesby's bluff!

Comfortable house close to the beach!

Had a nice stay at the home. Loved the location, especially the proximity to the beach. The family room, kitchen and dining room are comfortable, inviting spaces for families/groups to assemble. Did not spend anytime using the house’s outdoor spaces because we were on the beach, on bikes or on the golf course for the majority of our stay.

AWESOME spot for entertaining and family time

Beautiful home! We had a wonderful time there. Great space for entertaining and having a family weekend. Deck had a grill and there was also a screened-in porch. The home was well decorated with modern finishes. Awesome kitchen, awesome remodeled master bath and closet. All bedrooms had an en-suite bathroom. 5-10 minute walk to the beach. A few beach chairs and a wagon to transport your coolers and whatnot are on the property. The home was exactly as described. The management company was very accommodating and friendly. We will DEFINITELY recommend this property to anyone going to Seabrook. What a gem!

Perfect Spacious Beach House

We had a terrific stay and the house was much more than expected. The pictures do not adequately represent how great the house is. I loved, loved, loved that the dining room was so spacious. All of the home's amenities were perfect and just right for kids of all ages (we had 6, 9, 14 and 16). It was also great to have separate sleeping areas- adults upstairs and kids downstairs. We never used the gym equipment, although we had planned too :-}...enough bikes for everyone too. The beach was beautiful even in the brisk weather. We would definitely stay again when coming to Seabrook.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
