Comfortable beds, hot showers and efficient air conditioning are important factors that contribute to a pleasant stay. Having big screen TVs with Netflix as an added bonus is certainly a great feature for entertainment. I apologize for the disappointment regarding the gas grill not working, if you would have let us know we would have gladly assisted you, I am sorry to hear about the problem with bug bites on the patio. Despite these issues, it's good to know that you still enjoyed your stay overall and would consider booking again.
