Bring the whole family to this spacious Cottage with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. This home has been completely renovated and redesigned. Likely one of the many cottages by the Chippewa Lake Amusement Park. Situated on the original main entrance-way street to the park. Plenty around the area to do - public boat ramp not far. Minutes to Medina. Freeway access just a few minutes down the road. Several local eating options - gas station in town - digital guidebook to enjoy even more!

The property needs some additional internal updates (kitchen electrical outlets & new carpeting/flooring) and a better cleaning company.

If you had trouble with electrical outlets - shouldn't you let the host know about that right away? I got zero communication from Jane - so we still don’t know what the issue was. All the vinyl flooring was put in brand new in 2022.

Wonderful experience!

My family and I loved our stay! The cottage is charming with a sizable kitchen and eating area. The 3 upstairs bedrooms were perfect for my teens, while the first floor master bedroom allowed for quiet and privacy. The location is close to Medina and the interstate. Andrew was extremely helpful and accommodating when we asked to extend our stay. We would definitely recommend this property!

Chippewa Lake cottage

The inside of the cottage was nice and comfortable. The outside was a mess, the deck terrible, weeds, garage door rotting, house needs cleaned on outside. There were no pictures of the outside on Vrbo so there was no way to know about it.

So this guest surely should use hotels and not this type of rental. The inside of this place is only a year since full renovation with brand new bathrooms and kitchen and so much more -definitely more than just a 2 star accommodation. There is no garage on site - it is a shed that does need some paint but nothing is rotting. The outside is a continuous work in progress but doesn’t affect the stay like this guest implies - they never communicated with us about anything so I would not want them back.

The outside of the property is terrible. The surrounding properties are unkept, broken down and one looks abandoned? This property is full of weeds, porch is in bad shape. Would not even go on back patio. Inside, the kitchen and bathrooms remodeled. Otherwise, it is old and needs updating. It was not filthy, but not clean. We did not have a good experience. My son and fiancée stayed the e first night as they were going to be married nearby. The power went out in the middle of the night and remained out until late afternoon the next day. They did not sleep, could not shower (no hot water) so the rental was useless. I contacted the owner who would not take phone calls and who did not contact us given his notice of power outage. He offered 100 off the rental. This was a gesture, but an important night was ruined. They could not use the property. This was not satisfactory. We stayed with friends the second night. Upstairs was so hot they could not sleep. Every sound can be heard. None of us slept. Overall- it was near the wedding venue so this was the only positive.

This person should use hotels and not Vrbo ever. They do not understand how they work and most definitely were high maintenance- I did everything I could for any concerns as quickly as possible.
