Palm Tree Paradise is your escape from it all! Newly renovated villa with private entrance and courtyard located in Pineapple Village adjacent to the Margaritaville resort. Condo has 24-hr a day gated security and is easy walking distance to 3 beaches (Coki beach, Sugar beach, and Margaritaville beach). Your stay includes beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach towels, and insulated cooler! Full access to Pineapple Village pool as well as other Margaritaville resort amenities such as restaurants, bars, coffee shop, and water sports/ surf shack… all without paying resort prices or extra fees. Located on the desirable East End near Red Hook with easy ferry access for island hops to St John and beyond! Unit includes oversized glass/tile shower, new kitchenette, and new king size bed. The private courtyard is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, evening glass of wine, or nighttime stargazing! If you have a larger group, we have 2 other condos next door to this one. Internet service and local TV. I had to use my own apps for the TV. It would have been nice to know what was happening with Venezuela because there was no news on the TV.

Was clean & easy check in, BUT alot smaller than anticipated, lots of little ants in kitchen, didn't realize it was actually inside same gated complex with Margaritaville not just "near it" as described which i wasn't wanting in Margaritaville. Some warning of the God awful smell from the sargasm there that Margaritaville doesn't clean up was extremely overwhelming. The pictures on the listing made it seem like you had nice views and really close to the beach. Neither is the case. Zero views of anything but the fences

Great location.

Our stay was wonderful. Location was perfect close to Margaritaville. Taxis were readily available. The host had everything you would need for a stay.

Not a good communicator

The room is clean & beds are comfortable, pillows are not. I asked about transport to St John prior to arriving & did not receive a response. We rented a car & asked locals who recommend people ferry & not to take our car to St John. Plenty of taxis are available in St. John. When we arrived, we struggled to turn ac on. Rick responded by text & we figured out. I asked about groc store & he referenced the book. The notebook is helpful. I told him all the bottles of body wash, shampoo, conditioner are half empty. NO RESPONSE. We ran out of body wash. The photos are accurate & it’s nice to have access to Margaritaville, which has a great brunch on Sunday for 45. Pools are great there too. Don’t be deceived by main cover photo. This is a small, clean condo but there is no water view unless you walk 2 blocks to margaritaville & the beach area is tiny. The patio is a small porch with full fence around (good privacy) but no view. I give 2 stars for communication bc we ran out of supplies & never received a response from Rick. Also, this is a small thing, the photo shows popcorn. We didn’t have any. Ty for the coffee pods.and refrigerator & microwave are great.

Stay here!

The place was the perfect location as you have access to all of the Margaritaville bar and restaurant. The pineapple Village pool is better than the resort, and very few people use it so you’re basically having it to yourself. Rick was very quick to resolve a small issue we had And checked in with us after the fact to make sure it was good. Next time we will be staying in the same place!

Perfect place to stay!

My friend and I rented this place from a Monday through a Friday and it was nothing but amazing. No complaints from us whatsoever. It was especially cool being right next to Margaritaville and made for retrieving taxis super easy. We also loved how we had a secluded communal pool a few feet from our unit. Needless to say we will be back but definitely for a longer trip!! Thank you again Karen and Rick!

St. Thomas Vacation

The condo was perfect for my husband and I. Very clean and comfortable. Next to Margateville made it easy to get taxis. The grounds are beautiful. We highly recommend.

Room was clean and well furnished. Margaritaville property is beautiful and everyone was very friendly. Our reservation was for the day after a hurricane hit and we were concerned that we would not have electricity once we got there. I emailed the owners and got a quick reply and were assured we would have electricity as they have a backup generator. FYI, Google maps will not get you there if you enter the address. Just search Margaritaville Resort and then follow the owners directions to get to room.

Great rental

The villa we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. I was impressed that the room was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sunscreen, bug spray, beach towels, and beach chairs. I was really happy that they had a generator that kept the power running during the multiple power outages we had while we were there. Check-in was easy and we didn't have any issues while we were there. We would definitely stay there again.

Good location, easy access to beaches and a short walk to the public road. The property was pretty average not frills. A bedside rug would be a great addition. Restrictions placed on temperature control which is unrealistic on an island the humidity adds to the 90 degree temperatures. Absolutely ridiculous!! Points for providing basic items: coffee, popcorn, 2 bottles. Seating options: 2 bar stools or 2 adirondack chairs is all you get. Ugh! Good towel options. The lines are outdated and pillows need to go!

Karen and I grew up in Washington state and have had fun over the years completing numerous remodel projects while living on Lake Tapps. We decided to find a way to combine our love of the water with our DIY nature, so we retired from our corporate jobs and made the move to beautiful St Thomas, USVI.

We have previously vacationed in the USVI and fell in love with the tropical paradise! We were fortunate to find a condo project that met our needs… right location, right state of disrepair, and right price… so we purchased this unit in Pineapple Village. We’re grateful to live in the islands full time now and excited for travelers to visit and discover the beauty of the islands as we did.
