✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire home, except for the owner's closets, which are locked.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 2 vehicles in the garage.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed wifi available throughout the home, plus designated workspaces in all of the bedrooms.

✹ PETS: We have a no-pet policy, so please leave your furry friends at home.

✹ SECURITY CAMERAS: Security cameras cover the exterior entrances and driveway.

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the smart lock on the front door.

✹ Smoking is not permitted at any time.

✹ The saltwater pool and hot tub are available all-year round. Hot tub heating is provided throughout your stay. The pool can be heated between March-October, for a small additional fee of $100 per day. The temperature is set at 82ºF, but guests should expect variations based on exterior weather temperature.

✹ Please be aware that there is NO gate between the pool and the house. Please watch your children around the water.

✹ Electric vehicle charging is complimentary for booking guests only. Charging of other vehicles will incur an additional fee. EV charger uses a standard J1772 connector and works with a Tesla SAE adapter.

✹ NO PARTIES: This property is located in a quiet, private neighborhood. The City of Indio enforces city ordinances that prohibit disruptive noise emanating from a property. No loud sounds, music, or other disturbances to neighboring properties are permitted at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. ALL vacation rentals in Indio must abide by city ordinances and laws. The home has a noise monitoring system to help enforce these rules. The system does NOT record any audio.

By booking, you agree to:
1. Submit a photo ID to verify your age is 24 or older – which is the minimum age to rent.
2. To sign a rental agreement and contact information form within 72 hours to finalize your reservation. If not completed, your reservation will be canceled.
3. Submit a $500 security deposit which is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out provided the house is left in good condition. This is collected separately by the property.
