Great house

Very well stocked, comfortable beds and well laid out. Would have liked another bathroom and we had an issue with the pool and spa temperature (which we knew about) but that is the reason I didn't put 5 stars. Great to walk to the Empire Polo grounds.

perfect family home

With four adult children and two grandchildren we used all eight bedrooms and adored the spacious backyard. The glass kitchen made it easy to watch the happy swimming, sunning and badminton playing family. Walking to Indian Wells tennis was a bonus!

Amazing retreat

We had an amazing time staying at this home. A few of the features were not working and did not work for our stay but Avant made it right. They have amazing customer service and support. I recommend using them

Beautiful property!

Enjoyed evenings around the pool and outdoor area for diner and games. Property has a spacious kitchen and living space. Two master bedrooms down separate halls offered private accommodations. Property management text right back when a replacement coffee maker was needed!

Family celebration

This house is amazing! Better in person than in pictures. Enough space for everyone. The pool is amazing for the kids. It's not deep at all my 10 year old enjoy it! Kitchen big enough for everyone to get around and cook family meals. Overall this house is amazing will be coming back next summer.

Girls Weekend!!!

LOVED this house! The pictures seriously didn't do it justice. I came here with some girlfriends for a birthday weekend and we all had such a blast! The host even left us some yummy goodies to celebrate (thanks again for that!). There is no doubt who we are renting from next time we come down to Coachella. Thanks guy!

Incredible Experience

Having stayed in a handful of BNB's throughout my career I can tell you that this was one of the most clean, well stocked, and managed rentals I have stayed in. The host, Elizabeth, made the whole process very easy and transparent. We did not have any trouble while we were there, but it was comforting knowing that she was available if we needed. All of the comforts of home are here, requiring very little packing. This place was perfect.

A Wonderful Oasis

This was a great property that really suited our group. It was large and spacious, beautifully decorated and well appropriated. We were able to relax inside the house in the comfortable sitting area, and also outside by the pool or in it. The pool and the wading area off to the side was a great way to cool off during our hot weekend stay. In the evening, we were able to take advantage of the jacuzzi while we wound down for the night. The property manager was always available to us at a moment's notice and they were very good about making sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. We would definitely consider coming back to this property again.

Indio stay-nice large home but ...

We had great time at this property but there were some hiccups. The pool was not clean when we arrived, but the property manager made every effort to make it right and did. A couple of other things could be improved for a property renting at this price point. 2 of the bedrooms need a place to hang clothes-there are no closets, in the kitchen, there was only one tea towel in the kitchen and no potholders and the clothes dryer did not work.

Most amazing vacation rental experience!

Had a wonderful time! The house was beyond beautiful along with the gorgeous backyard. It all looked exactly how the pictures look which was so great. I’ve rented houses before where pictures and the house look nothing alike. The customer service was impeccable. Any questions we had, they were a text message or a phone call away. Helped and guided us with questions and concerns 3 weeks prior to our trip. Greeted us and made us comfortable with the house. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Overall, this house is for the books and I will definitely consider renting again because their aren’t much houses that are nice inside and outside along with amazing customer service it comes with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great house not great property manager

The house is very comfortable in a very nice location. Very safe and very clean atmosphere. However the listing states there are two master suites, there is only one. Not a dealbreaker but not only does it list to have a Keurig but it shows a picture of it. There is a regular coffee maker but not what we expected. None of that would be a dealbreaker. However the management company did a horrible job communicating with me prior to check in. Threatening me with a $500 fine and forced cancellation if I did not fill out a waiver that was given to me less than 24 hours before check-in via a text while I am in meetings all day. I will not rent through AvantStay.

Plenty of space

We came to the Indio/La Quinta area for a gathering of our extended family. We wanted a space large enough for our family unit and to accommodate visits from the adult children of our extended family with their toddler children. I also wanted a jacuzzi for my husband to enjoy. This place met our expectations. A few days before our stay we were informed of the city of Indio “quiet hours” and were also told that those hours were also the curfew on the use of “outdoor amenities”. I was grateful to see the quiet hours expectations but dismayed about the stated restrictions on the quiet use of jacuzzi and fire feature. For what it is worth, the signage inside the unit described the quiet hours but NOT a curfew on outdoor amenities. We were also directed to the city of Indio form which asks not only the names of all occupants but also the make, model and license plate of all persons who will drive to the property as occupants or guests. While I was irritated that this combination of buzzkill and Big Brother information had not been made clear at the time I made our reservation, in the end it did not negatively impact our stay. I would have preferred that these local ordinances had been illuminated at the time I made my reservation and that the messaging was more consistent. Again, I have no problem with the quiet hours and I bet they are sorely needed during festival season but the outdoor amenities were an important part of choosing this property

Beautiful Home

We stayed here with family and friends for a few days and had a great time. We were able to access the gate easily with the code provided. The landscape of the home is very well maintained and beautiful. First impression as walking in the front door was, wow! Very clean, spacious with a lot of natural lighting. There were plenty of towels for both the pool and bathrooms. The bathrooms were very clean with toiletries provided at every sink. The bedrooms have black out curtains to block out that bright morning sun. Nice big kitchen/living area for entertaining with a group. The outside area was nicely maintained with lounge chairs, patio table that seats 6. The pool was nice and clean, as well as the jacuzzi. The staff is prompt, courteous and easy to reach. We had a great time and would highly recommend. We would definitely go again. If you're looking for a get away in the desert; I highly doubt you would be disappointed.
