3/11/23 UPDATE: we switched to a new internet provider with highest speed service. The connection is now fast and reliable.

Enjoy your vacation at this brand new Sunset Hideaway home. Where you can relax knowing that everything you need for the perfect vacation is provided. The kitchen is fully stocked, including coffee, tea, spices and much more. Beautiful netted lanai to enjoy the warm evenings outside with some bbq. The home has a cozy feel with luxury bedding and a relaxed modern design. It’s perfect for everyone, for those wanting to cozy up and read a book in a rocking chair or those wanting to enjoy some TV and board games in the spacious living room. There is a ping pong table and arcade ball game in the garage for fun nights in. For beach days out chairs, umbrella, and cooler are provided.

You can’t beat this location on the Florida’s gulf. Located within 20 minutes from best beaches on the gulf like Boca Grand, Manasota Key and many more. Also with in 15 minutes for the main restaurants and shopping centers in the city, and 5 minutes away from a grocery store for those last minute runs. Here you will get the best of both worlds, a quiet and homely neighborhood with minimal tourist and the convenience of having everything you need at your finger tips.

Super clean and comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this immaculate and comfortable home. The location was ideal for outdoor activities, beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful property !

The home was impeccable. Everything you needed to enjoy your stay was there. Quite and remote location but close enough to enjoy the area and local beaches. Irina was a pleasure to work with and return any and all emails promptly.

Great house

This was the nicest rental we’ve had since coming to Florida on a regular basis. New construction, comfortably finished. Owner was great, very responsive. Highly recommend.

Nice ammenities, clean area, and quiet.

The single family home was spacious and well-maintained. The location was also very convenient for our needs and the check in went very smoothly. The area is very quiet. The rental property was in excellent condition and had all the amenities needed. I highly recommend this rental

Beautiful, Comfortable and great location in South Gulf Cove

We love this adorable 3B 2B home. The master bed was very comfortable and the whole house was impeccably clean. They have a grill on a patio and so my husband and I had a couple dinners at the home at night. It provided for two wonderfully quite and mellow evenings alone. Thanks you for allowing us to stay at your home. Don't change a thing!

The home was new and nice. We had an issue with the internet and TV the whole time of our stay. The owner contacted the provider multiple times and even upgraded the bandwidth but ultimately the TV froze constantly and the internet kept cutting out. It was advertised with internet and an entertainment experience which was not the case. The owner said they had not had issues in the past but because of the location of the property that it could be an issue. We received a $50 credit. We actually left 2 days early and because of the situation don’t feel that the credit was nearly adequate. I would appreciate some feedback from VRBO Directly. Thank You

Thank you for staying at our home. We are sorry that you had this experience. We stride our best to provide an excellent stay for our guests. As soon as we were notified that there was an issue with the internet we did our best to resolve it and worked with the internet provider over a few days. From what we found later is that there was an outage effecting the whole area. Unfortunately issues like this can happen at any home and they are outside of the hosts control. We don’t believe this issue warranted a 2 start rating when the house of in great condition and we were fast to respond and try to address the problem that come up. We are always there for our guests to solve any issues that we are able to.
