Although is a small tiny Cabin, La Cabañita is complete with a queen sized bed as well as two twins, one upstairs loft reached via rustic styled ladder, a huge flat screen tv with free wifi, and many other indoor and outdoor amenities. Feel free to lounge around the entrance courtyard while cooking up a great meal on the complimentary propane grill, and soak in the private outdoor heated hot tub while taking in the gorgeous Mountain Views. Located just minutes away from many popular points of interest, your stay at La Cabañita will definitely be a memorable one!

This was a horrible experience all the way around. Ended up sleeping in our car and getting a full refund from VRBO. The hot tub was dirty and cold. The AC/swamp cooler did not work and it was 92 degrees at 930pm. The shower head didn’t work. The bathtub didn’t drain. The windows have no screens so you can’t even cool it off without getting mosquitos or furry friends. The owners are unresponsive. The queen sized bed barely fits in the loft-if you sit up you’ll hit your head, you have to roll out of the bed. And it’s almost impossible to find-it’s at the top of a tiny home community and the numbers on the way there are not clear.

Girls Trip

We enjoyed the tiny house with a porch and hot tub. We enjoyed soaking after white water rafting and hiking. Used the grill a couple nights. Shopping and restaurants nearby.

VERY TINY

The queen size bed is on the loft and so close to the ceiling that you can't turn over without hitting your head on the beams. The hot tub never got above 90 degrees.Thankfully it was just the 2 of us because we could use the lower bed to put suitcases on as there is no place for luggage.. The bathroon was very updated and nice and the view was beautiful.

Not what is advertised

The cabin was very small ( looks much bigger in photos ) Not even a queen bed on main level. The larger bed was in a loft/ with a ladder. ( the wife and I are in our 60's ) advertised AC....was no AC , contacted host. Got AC on our last night. Photo of cabin looked more secluded, but not ! Was in a tiny home community park. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Probably should have requested half our money back. Always make sure to thoroughly check out your stays. Respectfully A. Williams

The Coles

We enjoyed the little cabin very much. It was a bit of a challenge at first to get things in place because it was so small, but we knew that when we reserved it. Close access to Pikes Peak and a lot of pretty small towns along the road. The host was very communicative and responded to my texts even at night. Hot tub time was limited by the weather, so no fault of the host, but we got some time in. I would recommend it highly.

It was a cute little place to stay at and a short drive to Manitou Springs. The place was clean and the property owners were nice and made sure everything was perfect for us. Will definitely come back!

It happened to us…

We had high hopes of this cute little cabin and area. I read mixed reviews on here as well as other booking sites and took a chance on this place. The hot tub and lofts drew us in so we could relax in the cool mountain air in the evenings and all have our own sleeping areas. Cons: Advertised as two lofts, but one loft was unavailable; the kitchen sink smelled godawful and so we did not use it; cold shower water after 7pm communication hours left us high and dry; slow communication via messaging; this is a tiny home cabin so pack lightly as there isn’t much storage (3 suitcases was too much for the small living area); photos make it look larger than is Pros: great view; fairly private hot tub experience; Wi-Fi; kitchenware

Communication with host was terrible from the start. When we arrived the unit was dirty, not cleaned

Absolutely terrible experience. Unit was dirty, piles of dirty linens everywhere. Counter, bathroom and kitchen area surfaces were dirty. Complete let down and dissapointment. Will never use this host, property again. Probably will not use VRBO again either.
