Known as the Savannah Cabana this COURTYARD VILLA is located in the most FRIENDLY neighborhood in northern section of The Villages in Florida. A very short walk to the Savannah Center performing arts theater and Recreation center & sports pool, close to champion & executive golf course access & relax at the country clubs afterwards. Only a short drive to either Lake Sumter Landing or Spanish Springs Town Centers. Near the Polo grounds. Water softener filtration system throughout home.
2025 new Washer & Dryer, modern kitchen and TWO BEDROOMS, beautiful wood looking tile floor throughout, 2 RENOVATED BATHROOMs, NO carpet, split floorplan provides privacy for you and your guests. Queen bed in primary suite and two new twin beds in guest room. High end linens, quilts and towels. Super Clean & comfortable will make this a most enjoyable stay in The Villages!

I am a nurse working at a premier cancer center and when I am not working I love to travel, often in the mountains skiing. Therefore, my courtyard villa is available for you to enjoy every winter.
この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
Love EVERYTHING about this courtyard villa including the private backyard. Walk over to the Savannah Center for live entertainment and performing arts or join a club/exercise class or use their Computer room & printer. Also walkable to sport pool and recreation center. Lush green lawns and golf courses surround this beauty. We are located just above the Polo ground and close to shopping

Newly renovated! All new Kitchen, & Keurig Coffee nook, fridge w/ ice maker quartz countertops. Both bathrooms fully updated. Wood looking porcelain tile throughout. No Carpet. Superior lighting, BBQ & outdoor furniture. Friendly neighbors. 2 bikes for your use.
Small dog under 20 pounds acceptable. (sorry no cats)
