Beautiful clean spacious villa minutes from Sumter landing. This beautiful and clean vacation rental in The Villages is in a prime location near Lake Sumter Landing . Great location to many adult pools, family pools and rec ctrs. Walkable to the pools. Many activities at the pools and rec ctrs including pool tables, horseshoes, pickleball courts, bocce, shuffleboard and many more activities.

Many restaurants and shopping locations easily accessible via golf cart or car. This house has a full kitchen, television, internet, and use of new electric golf cart that is able to go 70 miles on a charge. Quiet and convenient. Comes complete with linens/towels, washer/dryer, kitchen equipment, patio furniture, screened in patio lanai.

Free guest passes to use the many close pools and recreation centers (will need names of guest, dob and address one week prior to rental period), optional golf passes (fee). 1 bedroom with king bed, also equipped with a pull out sofa sleeper in living area to comfortably sleep 4 people. Come experience the glorious amenities and life-style The Villages has to offer. Truly is an Oasis like no other.

You wont find a more active and responsive host ! We go beyond to make sure your vacation is relaxing with no stress. Your comfort, relaxation and fun is of utmost importance to us. Don't waste time with management companies who are concerned about the dollar.

PLEASE note the winter months are blocked out but there is a possibility they are open. There is a month minimum during the height of the season; if you are interested send me a message. Absolutely loved our stay! Clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was full of useful items to prepare a meal - no piecemeal items to figure out. The property was just as advertised. Diane was extremely easy to work with, quick responses to any questions and very flexible. She allowed us to check in a little early and was able to accommodate an additional nights stay. The house is well set up and the owners have provided everything you'll need for your stay.The golf cart was a blast to ride around in and we did get to enjoy the adult pool that was withing walking distance.Diane is one of the best hosts we have emcountered while using VRBO for the past 25 years. The host was very welcoming and willing to help. We were provided helpful instructions and all the expected amenities were available and the house was immaculately clean. The host came by personally when I texted that I was having trouble logging on the TV. It was a lovely neighborhood and close to everything.

Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay and everything was excellent. The house was even more than we expected, We plan to come again in the future. It is located in a good location available to good restaurants and some shopping. Our hostess was really helpful with all the information we needed to make our stay a good experience.

We really enjoyed staying at this house-very clean. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. Golf cart is a real plus to get around. We highly recommend this house. We will definitely stay here again when in the Villages. Communication with owner was excellent

Comfortable stay in the Villages

The house was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed for our week long visit. The location was great and we were close to the recreation centers, restaurants and grocery stores. The golf cart was a great addition and we had a lot of fun riding around in it. The communication with the owner was fantastic and we had all of the information we needed for a great stay.

Excellent host

We were staying here while shopping for a new home in The Villages. Perfectly accommodations. The only thing I would mention is that you need to bring your own shower soap.
