The Space:

Sunlight pours through the open living area as you step onto the patio, where the private pool glistens and the fire pit waits for evening stories. A gentle breeze carries the scent of fresh‑cut grass while kids line up for a friendly game of cornhole on the spacious backyard. You’ll feel the rhythm of relaxation and play intertwine, creating a perfect backdrop for family laughter or a laid‑back gathering with friends. As the day fades, the canopy of stars above the fire pit invites you to unwind with a warm drink and the soft crackle of flames.



Sleeping arrangements

Four thoughtfully arranged bedrooms provide comfortable rest for up to seven guests. Bedroom 1 features a Queen bed and an ensuite bathroom for added privacy. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each contain a Full bed and a Twin bed, offering flexible sleeping options. Bedroom 4 is equipped with a Full bed, ideal for solo travelers or a smaller group. All six beds are arranged to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep.



Outdoor living

The backyard is the heart of the home, boasting a private pool for refreshing swims and a fire pit that becomes the evening’s focal point. A dedicated area for outdoor dining and lounging lets you grill, enjoy meals al fresco, or simply soak up the Florida sunshine. Games are always at hand with a cornhole set and a putting green, perfect for friendly competition. The space is designed for both relaxation and lively gatherings, creating lasting memories under the open sky.



Kitchen & dining

A fully equipped kitchen awaits, complete with stainless‑steel appliances, a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and oven. Ample counter space and a large dining table make it easy to prepare and share meals, whether you’re cooking a family dinner or a quick snack. The kitchen’s thoughtful layout ensures convenience for any culinary adventure.



Family‑friendly amenities

A Pack ’n play/travel crib is provided for little ones, and a smart TV offers entertainment for all ages. An in‑home washer and dryer keep wardrobes fresh, while a dedicated workspace supports remote work needs. Comfortable seating throughout the living areas invites relaxation after a day of adventure.



Location & accessibility

Just three miles from the beach, the home offers quick access to sand, surf, and sunrise walks. Seminole City Park lies only 1.5 miles away, perfect for picnics and outdoor activities. St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport is a short 3.5‑mile drive, making arrivals and departures hassle‑free. The convenient location blends easy beach trips with nearby parks and local attractions.



Pet‑friendly

Your furry companions are welcome, so the whole family can enjoy the stay together.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (3) cars may park in the driveway.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is known for its welcoming community, lush landscaping, and a relaxed, suburban feel. It's often described as a great place to live with a small-town charm, and it's particularly popular with retirees, though it also attracts families. Our home is strategically located near everything you need. It is just a short drive from the pristine Gulf beaches, allowing for easy access to a coastal lifestyle. The area is also well-connected to major roads like Park Boulevard, making it easy to get around Pinellas County.



You will have convenient access to a variety of shopping and dining options. There are numerous restaurants, cafes, and a modern shopping center nearby. Grocery stores like Publix and Winn-Dixie are also in close proximity.



Getting Around:

Driving is the most convenient and common way to get around Seminole and the wider Pinellas County area. The property is well-connected to major roads like Park Boulevard, which runs east-to-west, and Seminole Boulevard, which provides a key north-to-south route. This makes it easy to reach beaches, shopping, and neighboring cities.



Uber/Lyft are readily available and can be a good alternative. Biking is good option for shorter distances and recreational purposes, the Fred Marquis Pinellas Trail is a major multi-use path that runs for 75 miles through Pinellas County. You can easily rent bikes from local shops and use the trail to explore different communities and access cafes, shops, and parks.



Taxis are also an option, though they are generally less common than rideshare services in the area.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
