Guest Access

We’re so excited to host you in our private Fort Lauderdale home!
You’ll have exclusive access to the entire property — including the house, heated pool, spa, and tropical backyard — for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

To help us prepare everything perfectly, please let us know in advance if you’d like to use the heated pool or spa, or if you have any special requests or plans that require advance preparation.

Cleaning & Stay Requirements
   •   For longer stays, additional full cleanings (including laundry) are available for $250 each.
   •   A copy of the main guest’s ID is required for all bookings.
   •   The main guest must be at least 35 years old to reserve the property.

Noise, Events & Visitors
   •   No parties or events are permitted at any time.
   •   Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Excessive noise may result in a $500 penalty and possible removal without refund.
   •   For everyone’s safety, outdoor security cameras and noise monitoring devices are installed (in non-private areas only).
   •   No unregistered visitors are allowed. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
   •   Maximum occupancy: 6 guests included in the base rate.
   •   Additional guests: $25 per person per day (must be approved in advance).
   •   Absolute maximum: 8 guests total during the entire stay.

Pool & Spa
   •   Heated pool: $35/day (minimum 3 consecutive days)
   •   Spa heating: $50/night (optional)
   •   Please request heating in advance, as setup requires notice.
   •   For safety, always disconnect the pool vacuum hose from the wall before removing it from the water.
   •   Please enjoy the pool and spa area quietly after 10 PM to respect neighbors.

Spa / Jacuzzi Heating Policy

The spa/jacuzzi heating service is available upon request and for an additional fee.$50/day

Please carefully review the following important information:
• The maximum temperature of the spa is 90°F.
• Temperatures above 90°F are not permitted for safety and equipment protection.
• The spa and pool operate on a shared heating system.
• When both pool and spa heating are activated, the system balances temperature between both.
• Outdoor weather conditions — especially cold nights, wind, or sudden temperature drops — may affect heating performance and water temperature stability.
• Heating time may vary depending on starting water temperature and weather conditions.

While we do our absolute best to maintain comfortable temperatures, specific temperatures cannot be guaranteed during extreme weather conditions

Refunds are not provided due to weather-related temperature fluctuations once heating service has been activated.

The bubble/jet feature may be used at any time while the spa is heated.

Pool Heating Policy

Pool heating is available upon request and for an additional fee.

• The pool’s natural temperature is typically around 70°F, depending on weather conditions.
• When heating is requested, we generally heat the pool up to 85°F– 87° F maximum.
• The maximum pool temperature is 87° F.

• The pool and spa operate on a shared heating system.
• When both pool and spa heating are activated, the system balances the temperature between the two.

Weather & Performance Notice

Pool heating performance is affected by:
• Cold nights
• Wind
• Sudden temperature drops
• Heavy rain

During extreme weather conditions, specific temperatures
cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds are not provided for weather-related temperature fluctuations once heating has been activated.

Grill Use
   •   If the grill is left uncleaned or excessively dirty, a $100 cleaning fee will apply.
   •   Guests are encouraged to clean the grill after use to help maintain it for everyone’s enjoyment.
