Sand Trap is a 4 bedroom 4 bath unique vacation home with amazing views of Tampa Bay and a 9-hole professional putt-putt course! As if that wasn't enough, the huge backyard also features a private, heated saltwater pool and expansive dining area! When you stay at Sand trap you will be just a few steps away from Pine Avenue with its fabulous shopping and great restaurants for fresh seafood and craft cocktails.

Head on up to the second level and enter the high-end dream kitchen. The open floor plan living and dining area, with high ceilings and full water views, will have you in vacation mode in no time! The dining room is awesome for entertaining with a dining table for 8 as well as four seats at the kitchen bar. Everyone will love to relax in the living room with its tropical and exotic flair.

With four king bedrooms and four full bathrooms, Sand Trap is the perfect home for a group vacation with friends and couples. A Balinese inspired oasis awaits in the master bedroom suite. This room features a private balcony with a table and chairs for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Relax in front of the faux fireplace in your king size retreat which also offers a huge ensuite bath with double sinks, shower and spa tub. Three more king bedrooms, each with their own island flair are available so take your pick. There are also three more full bathrooms, each with a walk in shower.

Outside, the fun and features never end. This home has a true 9-hole putt-putt course with funky obstacles that the whole family will love. There is plenty of outdoor dining space, a heated saltwater pool and kayak/paddleboard. If you ever run out of fun and excitement at home, venture out and experience the area. The city or Anna Maria Bay beach is right across the street which is a great place to kayak and explore. The beautiful white sand Gulf beaches are all a short walk or golf cart ride away. Sand Trap is truly all you could desire and more!

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by BEACH BOUTIQUE RENTALS for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

We require an initial 25% deposit with final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Beach Boutique cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

PET POLICY:

We are DOG FRIENDLY! A fee of $150 + tax is required in advance for each dog you are bringing.

3 pets maximum unless granted an exception. Weight limit of 75 lbs per pet.

Due to property insurance policies and liability concerns NO dangerous breeds or aggressive animals are allowed. The following breeds (purebred or crossbred) are not permitted:

Pit Bull, Akita, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chows, Any Wolf-dog hybrid, Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We generally require a minimum stay during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of luxury bath and beach towels.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
