This 2nd floor unit of Kona Plaza is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath property is the perfect option for your Hawaii Vacation. Unit#202 sleeps 4 & features a King Sized Bed. Incredible Split System Air Conditioning, Wifi Access, Washer/Dryer, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Elevator Access & Underground covered parking!

There is a HUGE lanai/balcony for your comfort. Relax & watch all of the exciting activity in the heart of Ali'i Drive below.

This perfectly located gem has everything you need for a stay of a few days or several months. This is the type of location you actually would not have to have a car in Kona.

Inside walls between units are 12 inch thick concrete which makes this condo very quiet and peaceful. This unit has everything you need for a fun stay.

Kona Plaza Condominium Complex has a great pool with lounge chairs & 2 BBQ decks with great views of the ocean/mountain.

WHAT A DEAL! Great location!

The property is located in the heart of historic Kona, with shops, restaurants, farmer's market and access to the water all within walking distance. The property staff were super-responsive and beach supplies well stocked. We had a great time!

This was an amazing place to stay with great location, great access to restaurants, great amenities and wonderful little touches. We loved everything except for one thing. The air conditioner being on a timer to go off at night meant we would wake up in a sweat and often did not get great sleep at all. We are from Florida where we run the air conditioner a lot because it is even hotter than here. Eventually my husband turned that feature off and then we had one good night sleep before leaving. Otherwise, it was awesome and we absolutely loved it!!!

Excellent location in Kona

Bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Nice clean apartment. Only downside was the noise of the leaf blowers every morning from 7am. It’s seems a bit excessive but if they have to do it everyday it would be nice if they started after 08.30am. We didn’t sit out on the Lanai until they finished!

Dream Vacation

We found Kona Plaza just fine but finding the parking garage was a little more difficult. Check in was easy and it was a nice clean condo meeting all our needs. They didn’t have a cooler but the management took care of it promptly. It’s in a great location to travel to both the south and north shore and close to the airport! There are some nice beaches close and fun shopping centers right outside the condo! We were very happy with how comfortable our unit was. We would go again and enjoy the beautiful sunsets!

Great location but…

Stayed for 6 days/5 nights. Here are the positives: great location, close to all the good restaurants & bars. Balcony is spacious. In unit washer/dryer was great. Negatives: roach trap in the kitchen, saw small roaches, 1 a/c unit in livingroom

Heart of Downtown Kona
