Peaceful and Private Getaway on 5 Acres, 5 Minutes to Metro Airport

Stay in this country setting home and never be bored in this 3800 sq ft home. Indulge in the inground pool and jacuzzi. The pool will be closed from October to May. Relax in the master bedroom while enjoying the in suite hot tub. Entertain at the arcade machines, pool table, air hockey and foosball table. We are located 5 minutes to the Metro Airport. Our home is on 5 acres of land. The bonfire is just a few steps away. The projector screen is NOT for guest use. We don't provide wood or beach towels. This is not a luxury resort, but a home. THIS IS A RENTAL property. The driveway is on a dirt road. We are in Michigan in the country so you know as I want to be transparent with my guests before they book. The home is clean, spacious and fun. It has basic cook ware. I would love to hear feed back so I can improve my hosting and will go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant but please don't Karen me. The home sleeps 12 guests if you have more than 10 guests please let me know before you book. Any undeclared guests will be asked to leave .The door to the basement is locked it is my utility room so please keep out.

Suzan was a great host and checked in with us to ensure everything was going smooth. The house had tons of space and activities for our large group. The pool and hot tub were perfect! The house was private and quiet. Thanks for a great stay!

Great family vacation getaway!

Suzan was responsive & helpful. House was as advertised…spacious for our family of 9 with 5 kids ages 2-12. Six bedrooms upstairs, grandparents enjoyed the downstairs bedroom. After 30-40 min daily excursions to Detroit zoo & sporting events, the kids loved jumping into the large swimming pool. We enjoyed meals on the patio, 2 electronic game stations & air hockey. We would definitely stay here again!

Spacious and clean with a great host

We had a great stay! The house was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location is beautiful and peaceful, with a large backyard and a pool — perfect for relaxing and spending time outdoors. There’s plenty of space to accommodate a big group comfortably. The host was very kind, responsive, and flexible, which made everything even better. We really appreciated the late checkout option — it gave us time to enjoy the morning without rushing. Would definitely recommend this place and stay again!

Family Reunion Ready!

Suzan hosts a very clean house with plenty of bedrooms and ample entertainment for all! Three generations of our family had a wonderful time here while celebrating our daughter’s college graduation. The location near the airport made for easy pick up of various arriving parties. And who doesn’t love a good air hockey tournament?! Check in and check out were simple and easy. Would definitely book this place again.

Great times in Michigan!

We rented this house for a long Labor Day weekend of family, friends and fun and it was absolutely perfect. For starters, the pool and jacuzzi are amazing! The host and co-host were super attentive and made it a priority on a few things we needed and they were great. So awesome being back in Michigan and thank you!

Had an amazing time

Property was excellent. Very peaceful and quiet area. Extremely beautiful view in the backyard that accommodates the hot tub and pool really well. Very spacious with comfortable furnishing and The host was great when it came to communication. Constantly checking to make sure my family and I enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended ,will definitely be returning in the near future

Great property, great time!!!

This house was perfect for our trip with 2 other families. There was plenty of space, and plenty of things for all of us to do! The kids had a BLAST in the pool all day every day. The host was absolutely amazing to deal with. She answered any questions, and checked in with us often to make sure we were all set. Will definitely be staying here again :)

BEST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED!

I needed a place to stay with my family for NFL Draft weekend and found this place and never looked back! The host was so easy to communicate with. We talked very frequently and she would answer immediately any time I called and needed assistance. House was in a very quiet peaceful location. Both Pools were so fun to utilize with my family. 10000/10 recommend

Fun amenities

Great communication with hostess! VRBO had technical difficulties and she spent time on the phone with them to get my booking in order. Great property for large groups. Husband enjoyed the arcade games. As listing says no Martha Stewart decor - it is gently used. If we come through again, hopefully it’s during summer so we can get to enjoy the pool and hot tub.

I chose this neighborhood because it's very private and has 5 acres of land that we enjoy while not hosting.It is 5 minutes to metroairport and 20 minutes to downtown Detroit.There's a metropark 5 minutes from the house that has beautiful trails,and lake belleville is very close by which is gorgeous.
