Location is great! Elevator was out off and on and the walkway was very dark at night. Communication with host was good.

The tub in one of the bathrooms drained very slowly. I reported it and someone was SUPPOSED to come Friday to fix but never did! Was not aware or informed that bug man was coming to spray. The elevator was out of order part of the time and people with canes were having to walk down the stairs. Also my sister fell down the bottom 2 steps ( the elevator was not working at the time ) she fell on her face and her glasses cut her cheek and she has a TERRIBLE bruise on her eye and other places due to the fall!! I tried reporting the issue To the Alabama vacation rentals but got run around at first then finally reached the office of the company that owns the building. I got an “I’m so sorry “ and Thank you for the information (more or less)I WOULD NOT recommend this condo to anyone!!

Spring Break 2023

Great location. Property manager easy to work with. Only complaint is the washer and dryer are aged and very small. Had to do multiple loads due to the size of the machines. Wish the pool was heated. They were working in the property while we were there but the workers were respectful of the tenants which was appreciated.

Overall the condo was nice. We had a constant problem with the toilet in the master bedroom clogging. The light over the entrance is burnt out. Also the walkway outside is very dark. outout.

We’ve made note of the plumbing issue in the master bathroom and the burnt-out entrance light, and we will be addressing both right away. We also appreciate your comment about the walkway being dark. We will share this with the building HOA so they can look into how to improve the lighting for the safety and comfort of guests. Nice for short people

Nice, but was listed as having a queen size bed but wasn't. Husband is 6'4 and sleeping on a full size bed is not comfortable. AC didnt work very well. Ceiling fan in living room is a hazard for anyone over 6 feet tall.

Gulf Village 312

The unit itself was adequate. It was clean and the AC worked perfectly. The balcony is large and beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for your use. While adequate, the overall unit is in need of updating. The furniture is worn, the bathrooms have seen better days, and the bed in the primary bedroom is only a standard/double sized bed. People expect at least a queen sized bed on vacation. The basics were provided though, and it was clean.

Construction

Nice view from the balcony. Big balcony area was fun to sit to watch the ocean. Older unit that had plumbing issues that were taken care of the next day after a plumber was called on a Saturday. Deep Cleaning needed. Elevator didn't work on Saturday morning and contacted about that. It was fixed later in the afternoon. Balcony window boarded up without prior notification that view would be restricted. Issues promptly addressed. Will stay here again.
