Keep it simple at this centrally-located Pet friendly beachside condo. Enjoy all that Gulf Shores has to offer without getting in your car. No need to cross the street to get to the beach as the beach is a few steps from our parking lot. Look no further for the perfect condo at a reasonable price! Brand new King Bed in main bedroom and two Queens in the loft!
Ocean Reef 116 is a 2 bedroom, 1.5-bathroom, second floor walkup unit that will sleep 8. The primary bedroom has a King bed, and the upstairs loft area has 2 Queen beds. A sofa sleeper is in the living room. Great Beach location for a family that likes to walk to everything. This unit has been recently updated with all new appliances. New flooring and fresh paint!
There is an on-site laundry room, covered parking and on-site security. This is a non-smoking unit. This property allows up to two vehicles per reservation. No trailers.
Guest access
There are 2 parking spots available to you. The condo asks no trailers to be parked in the parking stalls. It is $30 per stall per stay.
Other things to note
No Elevator so you must be able to climb TWO flights of stairs to the unit.
