Beautiful house at excellent location! The house is beautifully decorated with various arts!The host is very accommodating. When we reached the house there was no coffee and cooking oil available. We contacted the host and told about it. It was delivered next day by the home owner!Really appreciate the quick response!
Olive Oil and Coffee delivered when asked for it!

Perfect for what we needed

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. The space was large enough for us to have family meals together and the back patio was great for hanging out. The location was clutch - close to downtown Miami, easy drive to South Beach, and minutes to downtown Coral Gables. The host, Jean (and his manager Pablo) were very reachable.

Great spot in the heart of one of my favorite parts of miami.

My group had a great time. Beautiful property, very clean, well equipped and, surprisingly, breakfast was included. I didn't expect that at all so, for those of us that enjoy breakfast a welcome addition. Highly recommend if you need to stay in the Coral Gables or Coconut Grove area of miami.

A great place for small groups

Our recent stay in Miami was absolutely fantastic! The house was perfect for our group, with each room having its own bathroom, which provided everyone with privacy and convenience. Location was central to all local attraction. We loved having a central area where we could all gather and spend time together. The backyard was a highlight, offering a beautiful space to relax and enjoy the Miami weather. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the surprise visit from the housekeeper was a delightful touch. He brought us breakfast, fresh fruit, and local juices. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

The day of our booking we never received check-in instructions and after the check-in time we tried to call the provided host number to no avail. We ended up calling VRBO to gain access. Upon entry, we immediately were met with an overwhelming smell of Febreze. I located 8 separate self dispensing room spray devices (plug ins) that were impacting our sinuses. You could taste it in your mouth. The layout of the rental is disorienting, there’s no couch. The only TV in a common area is in front of a massive 10 person dining room table that takes up all the walking space. There’s no comfortable seating area on site. As a couple we had to sleep in separate beds due to their size and dents. The neighboring homes have roosters and chickens roaming the streets making sounds at all hours. The backyard is decent, but the neighbors cigarette smoke pours in and the mosquitoes are bad. There’s also a sign in kitchen indicating breakfast is included in the stay and we never got anything. This property leaves a lot to be desired.

Highly recommend. Such pleasant and accommodating host. Check in was so easy and the communication was excellent! The daily personally delivered breakfast items were such a wonderful and welcomed touch! Quiet neighborhood, easy access to U Miami and all things Miami. The space is well appointed, we used every inch. There was efficient use of every space. The individual bathrooms, and individually marked and locked rooms are perfect for groups traveling together. Very comfortable beds. Everyone had a great time. We will be back!

Excelente para cuatro parejas, cada una con recámara y baño privado. Muy bien ubicada, cerca de todo tipo de servicios y zonas de compras, restaurantes, etc. Todos los días nos dejaron frutos, galletas, leche, huevos para el desayuno. La casa está muy bien equipada. Agradecemos la atención que nos dieron. La recomendamos mucho.
