The Primary suite, a haven of relaxation, features a King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bath with double vanity and a walk-in tiled shower. The second bedroom is comfortably furnished with a Queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom, perfect for kids or guests, has 2 Twin beds. Each guest room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and shares a well-appointed guest bath. Additional sleeping arrangements include a sofa sleeper in the living room, allowing the unit to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

The heart of this home lies in its large, fully equipped kitchen, complete with custom cabinets, a breakfast bar, a spacious island, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker. Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
Beginning May 16th, 2025, all reservations will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
