Every bedroom in this exquisite 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo has private wrap-around balcony access, perfect for savoring panoramic beach views. Recently updated, the space combines elegance with comfort.

The Primary suite is a haven of relaxation with a King bed, private bath featuring a spacious tiled walk-in shower, a flat-screen TV, and direct balcony access. The second bedroom is furnished with a cozy Queen bed, while the third bedroom hosts 2 Full beds, each room equipped with a flat-screen TV.

The heart of the condo, a fully equipped kitchen, boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, catering to all your culinary needs. Additional conveniences include a full-sized washer and dryer, ensuring a hassle-free stay.

Great “old ladies” trip, great condo. Suggest that some umbrellas be added to the pool are. Sun sensitive folks are out of luck..NO SHADE!

Nice location, the poolwss always clean. As for the condo the main bedroom definitely needs a new mattress and not just a topper on it. The shower had mold in the main bedroom. Would I go back to this same unit, absolutely not.

Amazing views!

From the moment you walk in you see views of the beach. This is a very beautiful and relaxing property. Each room has a view of the beach! The area of the condo is a great location, close to mini golf, shops, and restaurants. We definitely will stay here again.

Overall, this condo was great. We loved the balcony and all the light. Would like to see a better selection of dishes in the kitchen but what was there was adequate.

Fabulous

Three of my friends, 75+ decided to spend a week at the beach! We had no idea when we walked into this condo how beautiful this place was going to be! It was clean, decorated very tasteful and had amazing views from the wraparound balcony! We will definitely rent this condo again!

Beach vacation

This unit was 10/10! The most beautiful beach view of any unit we have ever stayed at! Balcony is spacious with tons of seating. There was some construction going on but never did interfere with any of our day to day plans. We absolutely loved this unit and look forward to staying here again!

Family Get-a-way

This location was perfect. The condo was perfect. The beach was perfect. My husband and I took our grown children and their wives on a short vacation. In previous years, we stayed in very large condos with very long lines, and tons of people. This was a blessing. The condo was exactly what we needed with no lines waiting at the elevator and a very pleasant experience. We will be back.

where is the pool?

Great view from a corner condo

Easy check-in. Very lovely accommodations. Maintenance people were quick to respond to questions. Absolutely gorgeous view from inside the condo out the side windows because it was a corner unit. Porch overlooking the beach was great. The beach was never crowded. Property manager did not answer my specific questions before we arrived, as to what dishes were available in the kitchen. It was great to have a washer and dryer. Beds were comfortable. Bring your own dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper.

INCREDIBLE VIEWS AND LOCATION

Super convenient location! Extra large wrap around balcony (which is perfect for letting the teens hang on one end and adults on the other) Upon arrival, we had some VERY minor concerns and the management team sent maintance out instantly. (Quincy was very thorough and kind!) Our family of 8 had an amazing experience staying here! The indoor/outdoor pool option was a favorite. Plus the kiddie pool! Definitely not a dealbreaker, but the bathrooms and kitchen were a touch on the smaller side for a family our size. And there aren’t curtains in the living room so it gets very bright, very early lol. (Our 10yo slept on the couch and wasn’t thrilled to be blinded at 6am on vacation) Highly recommend this condo for your family vacation! Especially, if you have had bad experiences in the past!

Great Vacation

Great location and the beach was not too crowded. Loved the views from the corner unit. Everything was very clean. We were a little bummed that we could not use the pool or the balcony and felt like that is something that we should have been made aware of online before scheduling our stay. We were notified about the kiddie pool a week before our stay. We could not get the universal remote to work properly when first turning the living room tv on so we weren’t able to use the tv unfortunately. We could not get two of the outlets to work in the kids bedroom. Everything else was very positive and we would stay again after the construction is complete on the condo.

Yearly vacation

The condo itself is nice. The balcony was large and has plenty of seating but is being repaired at the time of our stay. We could not used the master bedroom balcony door due to it was damaged. We did not really use the living room at all due to the TV was not useable. We reported it our first hour upon arrival and maintenance came but could not repair but said they would either get a new remote or a new TV... no one ever came back. The master bed was comfortable which was good because due to the rain and the TV in the living room not working, we stayed in it more than we would have liked. The outdoor pool was closed but the indoor pool and hot tub were nice but closed when raining at times. We had to leave early so was not able to stay our last night due to my father passed away. I could not get the check out to work on the app so I called once we got home after 5 hours of leaving the condo so paid for 5 days and only got to stay 4, no one's fault.... But hopefully we can come back and have a better stay with no rain a TV that works. The condo is nicely decorated and has a nice view.

Major construction on our balcony

The property was beautiful and well maintained, however we were not able to access the large wrap around balcony from 7:30 am to 5 pm each day due to major construction going on. The letter that we received said there would be “some noise”. Try 93 db all day. Enough to damage someones hearing. We had to leave the condo between 7:30-5 in order to even talk to each other. This should have been disclosed prior to booking or the company should have offered to move us to another location. It should never have been rented out while they jackhammered concrete on the balcony. The balcony is what sold me on this particular location and we could only use it at night. When I contacted Liquid Life they said “how unfortunate, but we sent you a letter”. Terrible way to run a business. If the customer is unhappy, do something to make them happy. I am easy to please and there were 1000’s of empty condos at Orange Beach this week. Why not move us? Anything! This condo was beautiful and has a great view if you can enjoy it without the major construction going on.
