Waterfront Bungalow, Indy River House

Welcome to your waterfront hideaway on the treasure coast. This 1940s fishing cabin has been transformed to a modern seaside bungalow with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath + a cabana shower. Watch the sunrise over the water from the front porch or dine under the stars in the courtyard. Extra sleeping arrangements can be found in the AC'd sunroom with 180° views of water and mature oak trees. Located 10 min from iconic Conchy Joes, 15 min to the beach, and 20 min to Ft Pierce inlet, a surfer destination.

This home has been renovated from head to toe. Enjoy outdoor space such as our screened in front porch to watch a gorgeous sunrise over the water. Our courtyard features outdoor dining and a cabana shower. The home features two bedrooms, a sunroom with a pullout couch, a bathroom, a full kitchen, a Nespresso for morning coffee, and a comfortable living room with a TV.

There is an outdoor fenced front yard where you can enjoy the view, let the kids play or dog run around. Compete in a game of cor hole or bocce ball. The space is yours to enjoy!

Whole property is accessible to the guests except the garage.

Located on Indian River Dr one of Florida's scenic Highways. Drive the drive and see gorgeous mansions, historic homes, and unique architecture. We are located between growing Downtown Fort Pierce and Downtown Jensen Beach.

Parking on property for cars, boats, and trailers. Boats and trailers are to park up front. A car will be needed to get around or uber, lyft, etc.
Please park in back of home. Large boats, trailers, etc should park in front of home on gravel. Please do not park on the concrete driveway, it is a shared driveway used by the neighbor as well.
No Parties. No Smoking. No Cats. Quiet Hours 10pm - 8AM. Any damages or excessive cleaning will be charged to the guest.

Wonderful place

Wonderful place, thoughtfully & beautifully decorated! Loved the bed linens & the Nespresso machine. Convenient to have a washer & dryer. Had everything we needed. We LOVED the screened front porch, water & sunrise views! Will stay again!

Place to decompress

Place was clean. It's a place away from everything so make sure you bring food and maybe games to pass the time. The water view was beautiful and relaxing. Jensen beach is a short car ride away.

Cozy with thoughtful touches

This little cottage is simply and stylishly decorated. Clean. Loved the screened porch and outdoor spaces. Outdoor shower is awesome.

A cozy retreat with plenty of space both indoor and outdoor. A great location. Hosts were very communicative and left excellent directions and recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, and more. Would stay again if I’m back in the area.

Cozy property, completely remodeled. Fun stay on historic Indian River Drive. Close to Ft. Pierce, Jensen Beach and Stuart. Enjoyed it very much!

Just what we wanted

Two adults and a small goldendoodle, stayed for a month. The place was spotless. The master bed was very comfortable. Loved sitting on the front porch having cocktails before dinner. The gas grill was handy. However there were no cleaning tools for the grill. All of the amenities were in good working order. We loved the area.

Tranquil oasis

Home was beautiful & modern, spacious & clean, peaceful & relaxing. Had coffee every morning on the screened in front porch watching the sunrise sparkle on the river. Spacious outdoor living area w/ terrific outdoor shower facilities. Checked in late at night & had trouble using keypad to gain entrance as it was so dark. Owner responded immediately. Perhaps a motion sensor light above door. Could use some wine glasses & perhaps a regular coffeemaker or Keurig. Loved the area & would not hesitate to rent again.

Awesome rental on the Treasure Coast

We booked this cottage for a last minute emergency trip to visit family and we could have not have been happier with our stay here! It was absolutely spotless, meticulously organized, and beautifully decorated. Their thoughtful touches really helped ease some of the stress of our trip. They truly thought of everything! We enjoyed sitting on the screened porch and watching the boats on the waterfront while our dogs napped in the fenced front yard. I highly recommend this property. Luke and Hayley were also very accommodating when we needed to extend to our reservation. This cottage was a gem and super convenient to everything.

Two old folks on vacation

Beautiful location and the house and property is exactly as described and pictured. I had a concern about slipping in the bathtub because I have balance issues and Luke immediately ordered a strong bath at which eliminated my fears and gave me much more confidence in the shower. We had gorgeous weather the whole stay. The front screened porch was perfect for sunrise mornings! We even got to watch a small pod of dolphins one day. The washer and dryer are in a little building right next door to the main house - which might matter if it rained the entire time. I the noise of some traffics will bother be aware there is a fair amount of traffic - depending on time of day and day of week. We might go for hours without hearing any and then the motorcycles would roar by. Worth it to use, just a heads up if you are expecting a quiet “back to nature” experience.Between the perfect view, easy-going vibes of the house, and Luke being a phone call away, we found our two weeks there to excellent.

Cozy Clean Cottage

I think we were among the first to use this property as a vacation rental. The Host couple were extremely sensitive and responsive to the needs of a senior couple with orthopedic and other health issues. We enjoyed the cottage and it’s location on the intercoastal waterway tween Jensen Beach and Fort Pierce. The cottage was super clean with a comfortable queen bed in the master suite. The private courtyard was a quiet respite from the high volume speeding cars, trucks and motorcycles zooming on the Scenic Indian River Dr. Environmentalists, nature lovers and history buffs will delight in this area:, home to pineapple plantations from tne 1840s to tje 1920s: . The cottage features a front porch lanai over looking the aindian River Lagoon where Mr Simms was inspired to paint a watercolor landscape. Not only the Host couple but also the neighbors were friendly and helpful. There is much to do in this area from Fort Pierce south to Stuart: formal and casual restaurants, theater, music art and craft festivals. The host couple provided water, expresso coffee, clean superior grade linens, kitchen appliances cleaning and laundry supplies. The Internet and smart TV were above average: reliable and easy to use Thank you very much Luke and Hayley
