Welcome to “Manatee Pocket”! We are so excited to share our home with you. As avid travelers, we are thrilled to have created a vacation destination at home. We hope you enjoy the coastal design, fishing poles, kayaks, BBQ, full access to the yard and daybeds, dock for your boat (if needed) and the wildlife that surrounds us (dolphins and manatees, of course). We hope you love exploring the local sandbars, waterfront restaurants and some of the best fishing in the Atlantic. Please enjoy!

Golf getaway

The property was pretty much as described. It was clean and comfortable and in a nice location. I would definitely consider staying there again.

Family reunion

My 2 sisters and I stayed here for a long weekend (with my boyfriend and young niece) for our dad’s birthday. We had a lovely stay! The views were amazing and the screened in porch and backyard were wonderful. House was clean and up to date, would stay here again! Thanks to the hosts for being so accommodating!

Pretty property

It just wasn't what we expected. This shared house has a busy boat dock & the doors don't automatically lock. We didn't have to use the code to enter.

A little get away during hurricane Milton

Booked a quick trip to leave the west coast before hurricane Milton with my family. I listed the location/neighborhood as a 4 star only due to the storm which was unpredictable. We were hoping that we went far enough out of the path, however we still experienced high rain and winds, which was no fault of our hosts. We would enjoy this property at any other time, it was very nice, and the community was wonderful. 5 stars otherwise!!

Earplugs on the nightstands

None of us could figure out why there were earplugs on all the night stands…. We assume it was for the Brightline train that goes by every 30 minutes or maybe the 3 bands playing at the local bars across the basin - none of which you can hear inside. The location is great, the house is well stocked, and the view off the patio is lovely. Parking and dockage are incredibly tight. Chat with the owner beforehand to make sure you will fit - he let us use his dock next door. Overall, good trip.
