The living room has a comfortable couch and a 55" TV.

There is a King bed in the Master Bedroom and a Queen Bed in the Guest Bedroom. The bedrooms come with a cozy mattress and extra blankets.

The bathroom includes the laundry area, all towels, some basics including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, hair dryer, anti-slip mat, laundry detergent and dryer sheets.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessities including basic condiments, popcorn, hot chocolate, pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, coffee cups, coffee, Keurig and 12 pot coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric teapot, and all utensils.

Guest access:
Guests have easy access to the unit and around the grounds. The parking is paved and there are sidewalks and lots of grass.
Other things to note:
Guests are expected to read & be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed and no smoking in unit. Guests must smoke outdoors at least 10 feet away from the front door area.

Cats and Dogs must be discussed/approved by host prior to booking. Pet fee applies.

There is a Ring doorbell camera mounted on the front of the unit entrance. There is another ring camera facing the exterior patio and green space. There is a 2-person dining area outside on the patio, shade sail for extra protection against the sun and screens on the windows.

The home is equipped with strong wifi and a Nest thermostat for easy temperature control. **Due to the extreme heat temperatures in Arizona in the Spring/Summer months, the thermostat will not go below 68 degrees**
