Make new memories at this Newly Renovated home. We are located 6 miles to Downtown Wilmington, 7 miles to Wrightsville Beach, 10 miles to Carolina Beach, 7 miles to Mayfaire, and 3 miles to UNCW, a Great Location! Our home is catered to keeping you busy. Fully equipped kitchen and Spice Rack. TVs and USB ports are in every bedroom, living room, and Gameroom. HBO is included with Spectrum TV. The Gameroom has a Pool Table, Basketball Game, Pacman Game w/12 games, Dart Board, & many board games.

Great stay

We were here for a quick stay for a softball tournament! Great place! Super clean! Well stocked with everything you would need! Host communication was exceptional! Thanks for the great trip!

Perfect

We all were very happy with our accommodations at this home in Wilmington.,The four grandchildren loved the game room, they said it was the best ever! The house was perfect size for the 8 of us, very clean and the host was great with communication! We would definitely recommend this place to stay!

More than you can ask for!

The house was clean and equipped extremely well. We didn’t need to buy any pans or dishes. Everything was organized and towels and basic needs were plenty. The game room was a nice touch not only for kids but adults too. Our hosts were easy to communicate with and returned messages immediately.

Warm family quality time

The property was so beautiful. My son and his friend had a wonderful time in the game room. I enjoyed sitting peacefully by myself in the backyard to enjoy my morning coffee. It was a quiet peaceful getaway and would recommend to anyone. Great hospitality from great people. Thank you Pete and Sheila❤️

Wonderful Hosts and Great Coffee/Tea Bar

This is a great little home for a small group. The hosts make every effort to make you feel welcome! From homemade honey to a personal note on the chalkboard, everything was done to make our stay enjoyable. Unfortunately we only stayed one night and did not get to enjoy the whole backyard! It looks like it would be a great hangout spot for a group! The yummy honey and fresh baked bread were a special treat. The house is on a pretty busy road, but the noise was minimal and there is plenty of parking. The coffee/tea bar is one of the best I have seen! Overall a great stay and I would highly recommend!

Amazing place with amazing friends

This house immediately caught my eye when I was searching for a home away from home! With a wonderful location close to everything we needed, it’s proximity to the highway was not an issue as that particular road is not well traveled at night. My friends and I made use of the fire pit and ready-made firewood along with playing LOTS of games (pool, Pac Man, cards, etc.). The hosts were absolutely on top of our every need including the house temperature, questions about the accommodations and timely check-ins to make sure we were not without. They even worked with the cleaning crew to accommodate my early check-in after a long days travel. Whenever I go back for a reunion with friends in Wilmington, this place will be on the top of my list.
