New Pet Freindly Home in historic Downtown Wilmington with fenced yard

House is located less than a mile to all that downtown has to offer. Recently completed in November of 2023 and located on a quiet street. Very easy access to all that Wilmington has to offer. A block from a few restaurants and a brewery and about 7 blocks to all of the moo action in downtown Wilmington. The cargo district is also about 7 blocks away. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms with lots of natural light. The kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of space for entertaining. The living room has a large 75 inch tv and two leather couches, one of which is a queen sleeper sofa. There is also an elliptical work out machine as well as some free weights to get some exercise while you are staying here. The front porch has a rocking chair and bench to enjoy the peaceful views of the area . The backyard is fenced in, gas grill,and has an outdoor couch and table as well. Perfect for those traveling with pets($100). The owner has a separate entrance to a space attached to the back of the house which he may be staying in at certain times of the year, The main house space is all for the tenant and the owner does not have access to this. There is internet as well as slingTV(cable) to use. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need during your stay. There is a drip coffee maker, a ninja blender for smoothies, and the filtered water from the fridge is great. The Hi-wire brewery, Cugino Forno Pizza, and Bowstring Burgers and Brewyard are great choices to eat or have a beer and they are only a block away on 10th and Princess. Pets 1=$100, 2=$125

Great house. Very welcoming, clean and comfortable. Doggo friendly. The kitchen was huge and the living room was spacious. Great TV. The location was convenient for walking to the waterfront/downtown area plus there were food and beverage options within two blocks from the property. Highly recommend!

Amazing home! As we walked in, we were greeted with a light and open living room with a large television and comfy couches. The kitchen had everything we needed (although we chose not to cook) including the much needed coffee maker. Each bedroom was sparkling clean with comfortable beds and plenty of space. The home was conveniently located with just a short walk to the downtown shops or a hop in the car to get to the beach at Wrightsville. I already know I will be back! Thank you for a much needed relaxing vacation!

House was clean, convenient to downtown and many restaurants, ate at Circa 1922. Communication with host was prompt. Parking in front of house, no issues with that and dog friendly.

Modern House in a Great Location Close to Family-Friendly Spots

Andrew was a great host--keeping us in the loop and checking in on us via a message to ensure our experience was going well! The kitchen was well-stocked with pans and cutlery we could use to cook breakfast. The beds were comfortable, including the pull-out couch on the first floor! Parking was very convenient right in front of the house.From the house, we were able to walk to Hi-Wire Brewing (the kids LOVED the ping pong and arcades) and Wandering Cone (incredible ice cream). The 4th of July festivities downtown were so fun. Hot tip: We set up beach chairs behind the Embassy Suites on the riverfront and had access to clean bathrooms and snacks/drinks at their hotel shop, plus a grassy area for the kids to run around in.Visited the most delicious restaurants and have to recommend Prost for dinner (get the pretzels, beet salad, and bratwurst), Savorez for dinner (get there right at 5 as they don't take reservations and order the lobster ceviche), and Savor Southern Kitchen for breakfast (the loaded grits were a revelation). Hope to make it back next year!

Loved the house.....nice big screen snd nice big fans to help with the heat. Kitchen is awesome and bedrooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. The house is very centrally located so getting to all the great places is easy. If you want a nice quiet place to stay in Wilmington this is a great one.

phenomenal & beautiful home, great location!

Really enjoyed our stay here! The home is impeccable, beautifully decorated clean as a whistle and stacked with all the supplies you need to enjoy a home-cooked meal! We traveled with our pets, but you could not tell that it was a pet friendly home. We are very respective of properties Where we stay, especially with our pups, but I would not let that deter me if I was not bringing a pet, is the home looks like it’s brand new and smells like it is too! We loved it. We would love to book it again when we come back to the area. Communication with the owner was excellent as well. And the location can’t be beat!

Wonderful trip

Stayed here for our daughter's college graduation. House was immaculate and much bigger than we thought. Close to breweries and downtown. Andrew was responsive and accomodating. Will stay here again!

Great location, excellent accommodations, and communication

The home was spotless and had all the amenities needed. It was close to downtown and easy to get to the beach areas. Andrew was a fantastic host and quickly responded to any questions. We will be back next time we are in Wilmington. And our son is now engaged! She said yes on Wrightsville Beach. Great memories!

Beautiful clean home with everything u need.

Beautiful clean home that had everything we needed for a 3 night stay to visit with my daughter who has an apartment in Wilmington while doing her clinical 6 week medical rotation but didn’t have room for us to stay with her. Easy check in and check out. Nice amenities. Highly recommend:)
