Three bedrooms sleep up to 7 comfortably — a king, queen, and bunk room perfect for families or groups. Fully stocked kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, fast WiFi, and smart lock self check-in make every stay effortless. Ogden Park is steps away. The beach, Historic Downtown, and UNCW are all within 15 minutes. Derrick and Sarah are always just a message away.

THE BACKYARD
The heart of this home is outside. A custom pergola with string lights anchors the private yard, with a propane fire pit for evening conversations and a full set of yard games for friendly competition. It is designed for groups that actually want to spend time together.

Three bedrooms sleep up to 7 comfortably — a king for the master, a queen for guests, and a bunk room with a full on the bottom and twin on top, perfect for kids or a third couple. Two full baths, a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook a real meal, and an in-unit washer/dryer that makes longer stays effortless. 55" Roku TV for easy evenings in.

Perfect place for a visit. Lovely property. Though we didn't stay long we enjoyed our time. The hosts were very accomadating Would love to return in the future for a longer stay.

This property was in a quiet location with plenty of parking for our 3 cars (coming from 3 states). The house was clean, the beds very comfortable and it was exactly as advertised. After a long day out and about, we enjoyed the chance to regroup together at the firepit. This is now my #1 choice when I return to Wilmington.

Magnificent Stay

The house was in a great central location, making it easy to check out the town and get to the beach quickly. Everything was clean and just as pictured. We had a little trouble with the AC and thermostat, but messaged our host and he was super responsive and figured it out right away. We had a great time and loved the house!

Great place

Convenient to area attractions, quiet, clean, information provided was extremely well organized. Great Communication. Would definately stay again if in that area. Can't remember the name of the nearby tiny roadside oldest zoo in the area, but initially looked a bit questionable, but gambled and we all had a great time. Animals and zoo seemed well kept. Don't judge the "book" by its cover. Tour of the Battleship was exceptional. Lighthouse was closed.
