This home's very conveniently located in the south bay w walking distance to shops and restaurants. It is fully renovated with a feel of luxury. The house furniture is professionally designed to bring cheer, warm welcome, and comfort. A short drive to the beaches with a lot of activities. A short drive to Palos Verdes with amazing views and hiking trails. The house has a huge backyard for entertainment and relaxing enjoying outdoor.

The space
Key Features:
• Spacious living room with an open kitchen concept, featuring two couches and a 65-inch TV.
• Large dining table with seating for 8, and a kitchen island for added convenience.
• Sunroom at the back for reading, foosball, and yoga, offering a serene retreat.

Bed Arrangements:
• Bedroom 1 (Master suite): Connected master bath with soaking tub and shower.
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: Two Full beds

Kitchen and Dinings: Fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 6 and 3 addition bar stools

Additional Amenities:
• Two-car garage with keypad entry from the side at the back of the house.

Outdoor Space:
• Huge backyard with multiple seating areas, outdoor dining table, basketball, and corn hole game for entertainment.
• BBQ grill for enjoying outdoor cooking.

Pet fee: $35 per pet, per night. Flat rate available depending on the number of nights and pets.

• Located in Torrance City, in a safe and quiet neighborhood.
• 3 minitues to Del Amo Fashion Center

• 8 minutes drive to Redondo Beach and close to supermarkets like Target, Ralphs, and shopping malls.

Guest access
Guest has access to the whole house except the laundry room.

Other things to note
- Please note this is a family neighborhood so please do not disturb or cause trouble with neighbors
- This house is actually in Torrance and is close to the beach.
- Please be careful not to move the basketball to other place. Basketball may fall to neighbor houses.
- The house is very close to the ocean so there is always ocean breeze, we do have mobile AC in case it gets too hot.
- We are not refilling gas BBQ grill so you would have to bring the empty tank to Home Depot or Walmart to exchange due to our house keeper no longer doing this.

- Indoor fireplace is not available for use.

The house provided plenty of space for our family.The kitchen space was large and we were able to enjoy prepping meals together. Although we didn’t spend a lot of time outside the enclosed yard was perfect . We appreciated the use of the garage although there was adequate street parking . The neighborhood was quiet with easy access to major roads.

Beautiful home We were in town for a short celebration weekend the home was very clean and welcoming. Lots of bright light in the home. The outdoor is peaceful and relaxing, small game room to keep the whole family busy. Very responsive host, would definitely recommend it.

The house is nice, clean, and spacious! The photos are very accurate. The location is excellent; easy access to beaches, shops, food, with lots of street parking available. While you could park in the garage, the driveway is extremely steep and I'm not sure you would get in without damaging your car. The rainfall shower and deep soak tub in the master bath were both very much appreciated! The game room and large back yard would be great for kids. The only place I would recommend some improvement would be in the appointments. We may have had some over achieving hosts at other VRBO's, but it would be nice to have more kitchen and bath items provided (olive oil, conditioner, etc). We would definitely stay here again!

Let’s start with the positives: everyone slept well, albeit, they are in desperate need of blankets. The check-in was easy. The kitchen has plenty of plates and pans, though don’t get too excited — you’ll find only salt, pepper, and zero containers for leftovers. We were greeted by the back door standing wide open when we arrived. Luckily, nothing seemed missing… yet. Then Saturday morning rolled around and, surprise! The yard crew showed up around 9 a.m hour., hammering away on the side of the house like they were auditioning for a construction competition. Having two strangers suddenly appear in the fenced backyard while some of us were still in pajamas was exactly the relaxing start to the weekend we were hoping for. Customer care? Nonexistent. You’ll clean up dozens of dead ants off the kitchen shelves yourself and a weak "sorry" if you bother mentioning it or the strangers pounding on the house. We left the place spotless — but the whole stay left a bad taste. The highlight, though, was the décor: picture frames still filled with the stock “faux family” photos, price tags proudly dangling from home décor items. Who needs authenticity when you can have HomeGoods cosplay? So yes, we laughed — mostly so we wouldn’t cry.

My friends and I stayed at this house for 2 nights. We didn't spend a lot of time hanging out at the house, just cooked dinner and attended a wedding nearby. I would say that the house mostly looks like the photos - the backyard looks like it might need some TLC. The place was mostly clean, with a little dust on some surfaces but nothing a quick wipe down couldn't fix. Some of the doors to the bedrooms stuck slightly, but it wasn't a big issue for my friends and I. The driveway is quite steep, so just a heads up to be cautious if your car frame sits lower to the ground. We didn't want to scrape our vehicles so we parked our cars on the street -parking was ample and easy to find. The house fit 6 of us very comfortably.One thing that confused us was that the host tried to charge us for damages that we did not cause(a closet door was slightly off its tracks). Luckily we had photographic documentation. So just make sure you do a walkthrough of the place before & after check in to prevent any confusion about damages.

CA Thanksgiving

We stayed in this lovely house for a week over the Thanksgiving holiday. We prepared Thanksgiving dinner at the house and found the kitchen to be fairly well equipped. The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are updated, and the house has a pleasant “vibe.” We had a small plumbing problem (leaking pipes in a bathroom sink), and the property manager responded immediately and sent over a handyman later that day to fix the problem. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Nice backyard. We would stay here again!

Great location and property

Overall great place to stay! I think our group was one of the first few to stay at the property. Everything was fresh and clean and as shown in the listing. A few negatives - not enough towels, no access to laundry room, thin mattress, no clothing rod in 1 of the bedrooms. We found ants one night but they were gone in the morning. But overall the space was great for our group! Great access to our family events over the weekend and to all of the necessities. Make the trip to Sidecar Donuts!

Sad Decline

In the three years that I have been using VRBO I have never had to leave a bad review, however I feel it’s important to be honest and forthcoming to prevent any future potential guests from experiencing the nightmare I experienced. In April 2023 I stayed at this exact location and when it came time to visit again I specifically chose this location due to the previous positive stay. What I discovered this time was a location that was not well maintained, a dishonest host and conditions that were barely tolerable. 1. I needed to make changes to my reservation and requested well in advance for which the host agreed, yet asked to make the requested changes. 2. There is NO HVAC in the home. Rather there are floor units on rollers which are duct taped to the windows. Upon arrival, the main living area “tube/vent” was lying on the floor, home was hot. I had to purchase my own duct tape to reconnect the unit to the outside. That part of the home never fully cooled down. 3. I was provided four towels for a 15 day stay with no hand towels/washcloths. 4. I was provided one roll of toilet paper for a 15 day stay. 5. Three months before I arrived, I requested access to laundry facilities and was approved. Upon arrival, laundry room was locked. 6. ANTS, ANTS, ANTS!! Housekeeping failed to clean behind a blender on the counter and returned one evening to find the entire cabinet covered in ants and totally black-area. I purchased some pest spray that helped but never fully eradicated
