Stay for Birthday Weekend

With the exception of a few minor things that could NOT go unnoticed, overall, the property was nicely prepared and resembled cleanliness. The ice maker didn't work, but the host was AWESOME in communicating with me and brought bags of ice to accommodate us. Another area of concern was one of the bathroom tubs did not drain properly, in which the host stated that she would have someone to come out and fix (hopefully, before the next guests arrives) and the biggest concern was the carpet in the living room looked well worn (high foot traffic and dirty) and smelled of pet odor, which was NOT well received when sitting there watching TV, which properly upon removing/replacing, the home would smell more "inviting".

I am sorry that the ice maker wasn't working during your stay. We will ensure that ice is made available for each guest. We also have ice cube trays in the freezer. We are working towards fixing the bathroom. We have NEVER had pets in the house, yet. (We are open to accommodating future guests with pets and will appropriately clean/vacuum after pets).Our home is always commended about how clean and nice it smelled. The carpets are always cleaned and vacuumed. The home is thoroughly Inspected before each guest checks-in and we use the services of professional cleaners. I hope you give us the chance to host you in the future so that you can get the full experience of our Beautiful home. Thank you once again.
