The house was a perfect size for our family. The location in Dalton Ranch community was terrific. There are great areas to take walks. There is a grocery store nearby to buy supplies, wine, and liquor. There are a few good restaurants nearby. And it's only about 15 or 20 minutes from Purgatory ski resort. 20 minutes from the airport and about 10 minutes from downtown Durango. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for our girl’s trip. We came in after dark so it was hard to see the house number because of the tree branch but we figured it out very easy. It was clean and very inviting. Plenty of room to sit and visit when we weren’t out exploring. Questions were answered timely when needed.

The property was lovely and spacious. Plenty of pots, pans, towels, and unusual necessities, such as safety pins. Hairdryers and sample shampoo were helpful, as well. We really enjoyed the patio, garage, and had space for everyone. There were also condiments, like honey, ketchup, mustard, salt/pepper, and spices.

Very nice location in a beautiful golf course neighborhood. Very roomy house. Deer walked through the yard. We really enjoyed our stay there. Just a few comments that I hope are helpful. The space between the counter and the refrigerator needs cleaning. The hall bathroom tub drained very slowly. My son pulled a lot of hair out. The screen in the master bedroom doesn't fit tightly. Some of the bedding was worn.

Great home

The house was perfect for our family group. Comfortably furnished and with a nice backyard. Location is great. Far enough from town to enjoy the mountains, but close enough to get to town quickly and easily.

Dalton Ranch House

This lovely home sits in a golf community with stunning views and wonderful lush landscaping. It was well equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed the patio and gas grill. We can highly recommend this property.

Our go-to property in Durango!

We have stayed in this home for three years in a row. The home is perfect for a small family, and the neighborhood is gorgeous. It is quiet and peaceful and an easy drive to downtown Durango, Purgatory, and Silverton. We will hope to book again the next time we are in Durango.

Feels like home

Destination Christmas

We rented this for our Christmas in Colorado trip. Overall the house was great! The only downside was that we didn't have cell service with our Verizon phones.

Perfect home for large families/groups

The home was the best equipped home we have ever used - enough dishes, pots, pans, dish towels, bath towels, blankets, etc. Grocery store literally down the street, close to the ski resort & town. It fit our needs perfectly.

Great 4 bedroom house !!

The area the house was in was nice and quiet. Easy 8 minutes drive from downtown Durango. House was clean and very well taken care of. In front of neighborhood is a grocery and liquor store. Would definitely recommend this house.

the only thing that didnt work was the coffee maker, we had to go out to get our coffee ,otherwise outstanding

Hi Katherine, I am so sorry to hear you had an issue. Thank you for brining it to my attention in your response. The coffee maker was just purchased approximately three months ago to include a single serve option as well as a full pot option. Also, the two old coffee makers work and are located in the cabinet. As a must have coffee first thing in the morning person, I can only imagine how frustrating this must have been. I wish you would have called or emailed and I would have shared that there are the old standbys in the cabinet, or replaced if necessary. I am glad to hear you enjoyed everything else and hope you stay with us next time you are in Durango. Sincerely, Janet

Friend group ski trip - exactly 20 minutes to Purg, 10 minutes to town. Great house. Super clean. Having garage was really great to store skis and gear. Super quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again
