This condo is fabulous! The view is so amazing, we spent time on the terrace every evening watching the sunset. The host has a storage box in the parking area with beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as a small cooler for spending time at all of the public beaches. In addition, the condo is well stocked, in fact, better than any rental we've experienced. They even have binoculars to catch a glimpse of migrating whales. I am picky, and I highly recommend this condo. The location is great, and the hosts are very communicative. I felt very much at home. We will be back.

One of the best stays I’ve ever had. I came in with friends for my birthday and Anne was out of this world. Communication was quick and efficient and she made sure we were taken care of from beginning to end. Staff around the property were equally as professional and very kind. The place was spacious, clean, with amazing amenities and omg the view!!! I hope to be able to book again many more times. Absolutely loved my stay.

We have had the best stay. Beginning with the host. Very helpful to answer all my questions. The condo was beautiful and spacious. We spent most of the time sitting on the deck. For several days we could see the whales. It is not far from Walmart and Costco. Quick Uber ride to the marina area. You won’t regret your stay here.

Anne communicates quickly and efficiently and is just an amazing host! The unit was clean and one of the most well stocked places we have had the pleasure to stay at - and you can purchase your groceries right across the street. Glass sliding doors open to the large balcony with stunning sunrise AND sunset views. If you are there during the Christmas/New Years timeframe, the whale watching is a joy to the eye and the fireworks were fun to watch from both directions. Salvatore G's is a great Italian restaurant choice at the Marina/Medano Beach with huge portions and please do the Full Glass boats to the Arch! If you are there during sea turtle release season, its a must do with Cabo Outfitters. They pickup and deliver you right at the gates. Everything you need for a spectacular vacation.
Sunrise view off the balcony
Full glass boat to the Arch
Enjoy cruise ship views and awesome whale watching (in season) off the balcony

A beautiful condo with an amazing patio

This is a really nice condo and it is very clean and well kept. Anne was very good at communicating instantly whenever we asked a question. The only complaint I had was that the stove and oven were very weak. They take a long time to heat up and if you are used to a gas cooktop you will be disappointed. Outside of that the place was amazing. The view from the patio was outstanding. We will definitely stay there again.

Perfect

So many VRBOs to choose from in Cabo, how do you get lucky and fine the best place available? You pick and hope you get a good place. We got lucky, this place is amazing. Watching whales from a distance each morning on the deck, being able to see both the sunset and sunrise (in January), everything you need for a day at one of their two pools within the gated community. Anne was available to answer all of our questions including what beaches, restaurants, and airport transportation you need. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, ample kitchen and living room space and decorated perfectly. We will be back every year going forward. Best VRBO ever for us.

Beautiful Condo

This beautiful condo is in pristine condition, and we loved it. The pictures of the pool area do not do it justice. Colorful flowers border the pool area, and the grounds are well-maintained.The location was satisfactory. It was convenient to call an Uber, and it was a short distance to the marina. We loved the outside deck where we could watch all the ocean vessels. There is a great view of the sunrise and sunset, which is amazing! If is a drawback, it would have to be the Costco located adjacent to the property. Unfortunately, their receiving dock is right next to the property, causing a bit of a noise disturbance. The inside of this condo is very quiet. Noise does not travel between the bedrooms and the other areas. if you are a light sleeper, Master suite 2 is very quiet. Each bedroom has its own air conditioner and control. If we decide to vacation in Cabot San Lucas, we would come back to this condo for sure.

10/10. this condo is fabulous! The host (Anne) communicates well. Check in/out is easy, the easiest of any condo we've stayed. The Condo is VERY clean, including the balcony furnishings which is hard in a desert area. The condo has everything you might need to enjoy a day at a public beach (beach chairs, beach umbrella's, noodles, and a cooler so you can take your own food and drinks). The view from the terrace is amazing for sunrise as well as sunset. The location is very convenient. The properties as swimming pools in case you want to stay close to home. You won't go wrong with this condo!

The balcony has a fabulous view of the Arch. The condo is well appointed. it has everything you might need. The host is very communicative. Check in/ check out is as simple as showing the QR code at the gate when you arrive and when you finally leave. The guards are very friendly. They like practicing English and we liked practicing our Spanish with them. The location is great. Easy access to groceries, to the beach, and to downtown Cabo.
