Luxury 2 Bedroom Condo in Pedregal

This condo offers two bedrooms and two full baths with a gourmet kitchen that has GRANITE COUNTER TOPS, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator , gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, wine storage cabinet, washing machine and clothes dryer.

Located in the sought after address of the, "Pedregal" within Cabo San Lucas and known as “The BEVERLY HILLS OF CABO SAN LUCAS.” it is located a short few blocks away from restaurants , shops and nightlife. The Pedregal community is a high end, exclusive neighborhood with 24-hour security, which includes a guard at the gated entrance plus 24-hour security patrol for added well-being. Tennis & Pickle ball courts are provided by the Pedregal community as well as private access to Pedregal’s exclusive Sunset Beach.

This condo is newly remodeled with custom designed furniture and enjoys elevated views of the Cabo San Lucas marina from the living room and master bedroom. The complex also has an infinity edge pool which has the same amazing views.
The living area has a 70” large screen TV that includes Pix satellite service with complete viewing packages. Both bedroom’s large screen TV’s have the same service. Fiber-optic, high-speed internet is throughout the unit. Luxery shampoo and conditioner, hairdryers and all necessary items are in each bathroom. A private , covered parking space adjoins the unit and Housekeeping Services are also included every other day.

Optional transportation , concierge and breakfast services are also available upon request.

The Holiday weeks of Christmas and New Years Eve each have 5 day minimum stays. For clarification please ask before performing an "instant booking" or you may be required to cancel.

There is a 3 night minimum stay and a we take a maximum of 2 couples or 3 single men or 3 single women groups in this property. Please clarify the make up of your group in advance.. Excessive noise and unruly behavior will not be tolerated.

Please note we require a 4 night minimum stay on Christmas and also for New Years Eve.

Please feel free to ask about my other 3 Luxery vacation rentals in the Pedregal community. We have an adjoining 3 bedroom 3 bath property which enables a 5 bedroom and 5 bathroom combination. Ask for details.

Beautiful accomodations

An added extra was finding some basic cooking supplies like spices, sugar, coffee pods already there. Housekeeping was excellent also. In January limited sunshine reaches the deck.

Absolutely stunning - AMAZING property

I stayed with us 2 couples and we could not have asked for a better location. Easy to walk to downtown, gorgeous interior and safe to stay in. We would absolutely stay in this property again. Not to mention the hosts are fantastic and so communicative throughout the whole stay. 12/10!

AMAZING STAY

We had the most wonderful time. The location is close to town. We walked everywhere too. Senora Betty, Sigi and Marty were very attentive and quick to help us any way that they could. I would highly recommend this property. We will be back.

Lovely Stay in Pedregal!

The condo was beautiful. It was located about a 15 - 20 minute walk from the marina. The host's assistant, Sigi, was fantastic to work with. The added bonus was daily cleaning service and Betty was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Great views overlooking the town

The unit was modern, in good condition, we had daily maid service. There is a designated parking space for our car. We walked to the nearby restaurants. We like the fact that the condo is inside the gated community at the Pedragal.

Pleasant and convenient stay

The apartment is very large with modern quality furnishings. It is is in a convenient location a short drive or long walk to the center of town. A maid provided daily service and the support people were very friendly and gave immediate attention to anything needed. I would highly recommend.

Blue Bay Condo

Property manager was great and very responsive. We had a good time. You do need to know that condo is at the end of a very steep hill if walking is your thing. We generally walked to town/marina once a day & would Uber back if it was evening. Uber for the ride back cost $5.00 for 4 persons.

Unbeatable Cabo Condo ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I don't think we could have picked a better spot in Pedregal.. The condo has nice marina views and it’s location is a 10 minute walk to the downtown restaurant, shops and night life. This condo is newly furnished , cozy, and well stocked with everything we needed. It felt so comfortable, had perfect WiFi and the people who assisted with the process were very helpful and professional. Betty the housekeeper was amazing and cooked authentic Mexican breakfasts for us. We would definitely like to revisit.. . Love this property!

Great condo in Pedegral.

For the best part - we loved the bed and bedding! My wife got great sleep. We loved the bed! Beautifully appointed condo. We did have a tiny bit of trouble finding it given the address listed, but eventually found it. Pedegral is a new spot for us, but we LOVED having access to the Pacific Ocean side, and spent one day at Playa Pedegral which is fantastic! Such beautiful views and homes. House is clean, and fairly well appointed for cooking breakfast, etc. This was a relaxing Christmas for us, and enjoyed our stay. Thanks to Marty and Sigi for the help when needed!
