Cozy cottage nestled close to skiing, hiking, fly fishing & wineries!

My husband was born and raised in Roan Mountain, TN. This place holds lots of amazing memories for us and we spend as much time as we can in the mountains. We are delighted to open up our home for others to enjoy the beauty of the area and to slow down enough to make special memories with family and friends. We have taken a lot of time and love to make this a comfy and clean place to enjoy while visiting the area. There is no doubt that each visit is a cherished memory and we hope you will love it too! The location in the village provides you an easy access to enjoy many local attractions as well as the local conveniences of town. Before buying this property, we either stayed with family or rented locally and sometimes the commute to go site seeing was exhaustive based off the locations we stayed. Being convenient to 19E allows for easy access and the ability to enjoy it all!

The cottage has it all and I can promise you that the bedding is all luxury! You will not only rest well, but you have everything you need very close by to enjoy all the amazing sites in the area. Rather you enjoy water sports on Watauga Lake or adventurous mountain activities of all kinds, you are minutes away! I personally love the wineries at Grandfather Mtn & Banner Elk, there is always an amazing glass of wine close by!
