This secluded, newly constructed, family-friendly home nestled in 2.5 acres is the perfect spot for a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or a solitary escape, any time of the year. Cook all your meals in the fully equipped kitchen or go just minutes to town where you will find a variety of great restaurants and grocery stores. 4.7 miles to Hunter mountain. Conveniently located to all area attractions. Fastest WiFi available, 1 GIG. We follow CDC recommended cleaning/sanitizing procedures.
The space
Comfortable home nestled in 2.5 wooded acres, lots of space to be outdoors. Lovely natural views from all windows and a large deck with BBQ grill. Best available WiFi and relaxing setting for your work from home needs. Pets are considered.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house and property with the exception of the detached garage.
Other things to note
No one under 25 is allowed to book this property.

Minimum of 3 five star reviews is required to book this property.

Event/Holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum stay.

Dan and Elizabeth are great hosts. They were responsive and took care of everything very quickly. The space is very comfortable, warm and cozy. Lots of space for a big family! We especially loved the balcony and fire pit. Thank you!

Tranquil Catskill vacation home

I stayed with two pets for 6 months at Dan and Elizabeth's wonderful home in the Catskills, from spring to autumn. The home is very comfortable, comfortably furnished and appointed with all you might need. The setting is idyllic, secluded, not far from Tannersville and Hunter, a great home base to explore the Catskills, with the Hudson Valley easily accessible, too. The owners are wonderful- kind, generous, very responsive, and very attentive to the condition of the home and guests' needs. I stayed over the summer and they went to great lengths to make AC available for us. The home is easily accessibly to NYC (2-3 hours drive) yet comfortable enough to be used as home. I highly recommend this place, and would gladly be Dan and Elizabeth's guests again.
