This was such an amazing place to stay. No noise issues with trading post being beside it, and such nice furniture! The host of the home was so helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

Girls weekend

We all enjoyed our stay in this amazing apartment. Close to everything in town. Everything is within walking distance, restaurants, bars, wineries, shops, boutiques, coffee/tea. It was the perfect place to hang out and catch up and of course laugh on a fun girl's weekend.

Great downtown location and very spacious place.

Clean, spacious condo. Great downtown location. Parking was a slight issue bc no designated spots but street parking was free on weekend. There were 3 flights of stairs to climb with luggage which may be difficult for some. But all the rest of the features and amenities were great. Extra pillows and blankets. Very cool atmosphere and decor.

The property was accurately described and comfortable, however the quality of the sheets and pillows was so poor, no one really slept. Such a shame

Wedding Weekend

My husband and I and two good friends stayed in this beautiful apartment while in town to celebrate a wedding. It was the perfect landing spot for us - close to everything in downtown Lynchburg. Easy to walk for dinner and to the farmer's market on Saturday morning (where we ran into the grooms family!). The apartment is large and comfortable. The owners were very helpful and provided good information for people new to town. Highly recommend this VRBO! One caution (and it's not a complaint) - there are many steps. Anyone with mobility issues would need to consider this.

Short Stay in the 'burg

Great place-beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds and sheets and had all the basics. It was walking distance to many downtown attractions. Layout was perfect for our family for two days. Host was pleasant and responsive. It's a penthouse with no elevator so be prepared to climb 4-5 flights of stairs with your belongings. Parking was a challenge since there's nothing dedicated to the loft. We could park on the street overnight after 5p but we ended up getting a parking ticket because we woke up late and didn't get the car moved until 8:30a. The city market is across the street and there's 2 hr parking there but not overnight. There may have been some paid options but we didn't see them. The loft has a no shoes in the house policy. Slippers were provided in the front hall closet but we chose to move around the place in our own socks or bare feet. Now that we've stayed here once and understand the rules, entry procedures(which were slightly confusing the first time we did them) and parking situation we will pack differently-less stuff/lighter luggage, bring our own slippers and plan our parking better. We would definitely stay here again and will be better prepared as such.

We stayed in this property last year and the decor and cleanliness were the same.And what to be expected according to the listing. This city is still doing a lot of construction in this area, So parking and getting around downtown is a little more difficult. There is a bar / nightclub on the street level of this building now and does create for significant noise at night. If you go to bed early or cherish quiet time in the evening and nighttime, it will most likely be affected on the weekend because of this establishment.
