この施設について

This cozy bright villa has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully-equipped & overlooks the dining & living rooms in an open concept design. There are high cathedral ceilings in the living room & ceiling fans in all the rooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed & ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds with direct access to a 4 piece bathroom and there is a double futon in the lanai . This villa fits 6 people comfortably. There's a newer washer and dryer in the villa

The space
The Florida/lanai room in the back, opens up to the patio in the backyard with a BBQ for you to use! There is a 4 chair patio set for meals or for morning coffee. The back yard is quiet and is shaded in the morning until mid afternoon, enjoy the avocado and banana trees while you eat or drink your morning cup of jo.

The complex has an oversized pool (never crowded) and tennis courts that are free to use as well!

Nice location

The location was nice but the villa was in need of updates and paint. Drains were slow in both bathrooms and the cleaning crew could do a better job.

Disappointed

Good location for us and fair price but the Villa had many condition issues including floor planks sticking up, broken recliner, inoperable dish washer, nonfunctional shower fan and finishes in general. Some dirty areas in some places. Also had sugar ants in the kitchen so we couldn’t leave anything out on the counters. Owners were nice and responded to a chirping smoke detector quickly though.

Ein toller Ort für unseren Urlaub!

Unsere Anreise war sehr entspannt, da wir Dank eines elektronischen Schlüssel sofort ins Haus konnten, obwohl wir erst gegen Mitternacht angekommen sind. Viele Dinge waren schon vor Ort, so dass wir diese erst gar nicht einkaufen mussten (Geschirrspülmittel, Abwaschutensilien, Kaffee, Kaffeefilter, Waschmittel, etc.) Somit reichte ein "kurzer" Einkauf in der Nacht aus, damit wir genug zum Frühstück hatten. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet: Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Alle Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei! Da es trotz Ende Oktober noch sehr warm war, freuten wir uns über die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage! Der Community-Pool war gleich um die Ecke und sehr sauber und aufgeräumt! Die Entfernungen sowohl zum Clearwater Beach, Dunedin Causeway, nach Tampa, oder auch nach Orlando: alles gut erreichbar. Alles in allem: ein ganz toller Urlaub auch dank diesem Haus!

Safe and private

My daughter and I stayed at this property for 6 nights in June 2023. This property is located in a community with a pool that is not busy at all and is away from all the beach craziness, specifically traffic and people. There are beaches easily drivable in 15-30 minutes. They are fairly close but there is lots of traffic to get anywhere so somewhere that is 5 miles away will take that long to get to. The owners were extremely respoomsive before and during our stay. The house is really cute and would serve a family well. There is a kitchen, dining room and large living room so plenty of space. Definitely as listed. Plenty of drug stores, gas stations and grocery stores (Wal-Mart and Publix) nearby. The back yard/patio area has a privacy fence, seating and a gas grill. I would definitely recommend and visit again if I was going back to this area!!
