We checked in the property and the internet passwords did not work. The temperature in the condo was 74 degrees, we are MN nice and tried to figure things out for ourselves for 1 day before I contacted the “Host”. The information he gave us in the internet was incorrect and finally my daughters figured it out on their own. By then I did tell him the temperature was 76. He told us we would have to stay at the Condo from 8 am to 10 am and wait for the HVAC person and we should be happy someone was coming out today. It was 10:30 when a very nice man came out to try and fix the problem, then had to crawl on the roof. The next thing that happened was the HVAC person told my husband the guy that needed to authorize the fix was not answering the phone and he could not do anything until he spoke to him. We finally had air conditioning for our final night. The host was rude and not accommodating. Do yourself a favor and stay some where else.

Clearwater Stay

The check in process was fine. The posting indicated 1 King and 1 Queen bed; however, was 2 Queens. The sleeping situation was a major reason for booking this unit. I eventually contacted VRBO and contact for property, will see if any attempt to remedy the situation. The person merely only thanked me for letting him know that the h!t was listed wrong. Location was good. Place was kind of clean. Shower head leaked, slider door did not work and you could hear everything from the above unit. Not good. Will definitely stay somewhere else the next time.

Wonderful appartment with everything you need and within 5 mins walk of the beach and around 15 mins of pier 60. New kitchen and appliances (fridge and dishwasher) and new flooring throughout. Bedding and towels also provided, even a few extra to take to the beach!

Perfect Location

Great location close to the beach, pickle ball courts, and beach front restaurants. Plenty of parking space right next to the unit!

Excellent 1st visit to Clearwater Beach

This condo has the perfect location! It’s very quiet and peaceful and only a short walk to all the action offered at Clearwater Beach. My kids really enjoyed the nearby playground and communal pool. I loved how close it was to the beach! We’d definitely stay again!

Amazing stay!

The condo was impeccably clean within a quiet area. The location was superb, within 5 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to the local restaurants. Also the mattresses were the best I have ever slept on. Definitely will stay there again.

Great vacation

We loved the location! Very walkable to many places and so close to north clearwater beach, which was a lot less busier. My teenagers even played at the park across the street, and we used the rec center pool. It was the first reopening and we got in for no charge.

Great Location

We traveled to FL for a wedding. The place was newly remodeled, very nice and clean! Everything New! Close to the beach, bars, eating places! Everything you want to do or need is right there! I would highly suggest this place to anyone and would definitely go here again! Host was so nice and able to answer any questions! Very Friendly!

Perfect Spot!

This hidden gem was perfect for our family of 3! We were down for a volleyball tournament in front of Frenchy’s and the location was the perfect walking distance. Such a quick and easy walk to the beach. It had been completely renovated with brand new everything! The beds are VERY comfortable (which is hard to find when traveling)! I chatted with Mike a couple times before and during our stay, and his responsiveness and hospitality is top notch! If we return next year for this tournament, I will be seeking out this place for sure!! 5 stars all around!

Clearwater vacation

Unit was very clean, but dated. Great price and location! Bedrooms need ceiling fans and I wish there was a hair dryer. Other than that, I recommend!!!

Cousins Vacation

Great price amd amazing location. Beach umbrella, cooler, wagon and chairs were fantastic to have available. Great location to all shops, beach and restaurants. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, nice living space to chill and relax in evwmings. FIRESTICK was great to have. Each room had a small TV which was nice to unwind with at night to fall asleep. My cousin and I enjoyed sitting outside at night. Very clean but could use a fresh coat of paint and a new shower head in small bathroom. But overall....GREAT place to stay. Thanks for a great vacation

Beachy Keen 2 is the perfect place in a great location . Quiet neighborhood only 2 blocks from the beach! Everything is within walking distance. We loved it and would highly recommend staying here….you won’t be sorry!

Disappointed

Very old. Bed was shaky and lumpy. Shower-head falling off the wall. Toilet would not flush. I had to open the tank and fix. Shower curtain rod rusted and fell down. Mold on the curtain. I had to fix. Stove is a mini stove. A foil pan cannot fit. 1 burner in the stove was operating. Utensils was old and from the dollar store.NO COMMUNICATION FROM THE OWNER!. No linen for sofa bed. Poor value for almost $650 for 2 nights. I would NOT stay here again. Sorry.

Great location

Don’t pay higher prices to stay on the beach! This was in a nice quiet neighborhood and only a very short walk to the beach, many great bars and restaurants. And the air conditioning worked wonderfully.

Spring Break 2024

The location is wonderful as you are only a couple blocks from the beach and restaurants and have the rec center within a block as well. We walked everywhere as parking is expensive. The pool was great and we played pick up pickleball 3x during our stay. Very safe area and we always felt secure. The host is very attentive and addresses any issue right away. The property has lots of extras, especially for the beach like chairs, toys, floats, things we didn’t need to worry about packing. The electrical for devices could be updated but we made it work. It was nice having smart TVs in living room & both bedrooms. If we come back to Clearwater we would gladly stay at this property again.
