Gorgeous 6 Bedroom with 2 Hot Tubs

Treat you and your family to this luxurious, newly built, 6 bedroom vacation retreat. A perfect property for those want a bit more privacy and still enjoy everything under one roof. This 4 plus 2 bedroom units have their own private hot tub and BBQ on the decks. Amenities include 2 kitchens a family room with a table hockey game, bike washing station, A/C and so much more. A two minute drive will get you right to the lifts at Fernie Alpine Resort and take the Ski In trail for a five minute walk back.

Access to the garage for winter and summer gear storage only.

All properties are equipped with decibel monitoring software. Our neighbours would appreciate you respecting our zero tolerance policy to noise complaints and the quiet time rules being respected. Due to the new regulations at the resort, capacity cannot exceed 13 total guests. Max. 6 parking spots and no street parking allowed.

Location was great. We had the entire place which was very roomy and fun for the kids. Amazing gear room. The big hot tub was also awesome.

Great stay in Fernie

We had a wonderful stay at this property. I was with a group of 12 and the property was spacious enough to easily accommodate us all. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great location for us. The views from the house were awesome. Beds were really comfortable, had a great sleep. Easy to find, close enough to DT Fernie. Really no issues, would stay here again and have no issues recommending this property for a larger group.

Spacious and Well Equipped New House

We enjoyed our stay at this well built and spacious house. It was spotless and well equipped. It took less than 10 minutes to get to Fernie’s shopping and restaurant area. I highly recommend it for large groups of skiers given its ski-related storage facilities and its location (5 minutes to the slopes).

The four-bedroom side is spread across two stories and offers a comfortable and inviting layout for families, groups, or outdoor enthusiasts. On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy family room complete with a table hockey game, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom. Upstairs, the open-concept second floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a bright, comfortable living room. The master bedroom includes a king bed and a private ensuite, while an additional bedroom offers a queen bed. Guests will also have access to the garage for ski storage, a boot dryer, and a convenient bike cleaning station, making it ideal for both winter sports and summer cycling trips.

The two-bedroom side is also spread across two levels. On the ground floor, you’ll find a private queen bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, the bright and open second floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable living room with direct access to the patio and hot tub, ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure.
