Over the years, the ranch house was thoughtfully remodeled into The Villa—a cozy, welcoming home designed to take in sweeping views, quiet mornings, and unforgettable sunsets.

While the winery chapter has since closed, the spirit behind it remains. This property reflects years of dedication, creativity, and love for gathering people together. Hosting here allows Kim to continue sharing the peaceful setting and sense of place that Doug helped create.

Originally from Washington, Kim has always loved welcoming friends, family, and guests into spaces that feel comfortable, personal, and relaxing. Being a host is her way of offering others a chance to slow down, enjoy the scenery, and feel at home—whether that means sipping coffee on the patio, watching the stars come out, or simply enjoying the calm of the countryside.
