Entire basement apartment with parking on-site

Book entire basement apartment. One bedroom on the main floor. The second bedroom is in the basement. You have a separate bathroom, kitchen, dining, and living area. You will have a separate entrance.

Absolutely NO PARTY allowed. Only guests on reservation allowed on property.
Other things to note
Check in instructions:
- Although ideal check-in time is between 3 and 5 PM please arrive before 9 PM.
- If you arrive later please be mindful of quiet hours. There are other residents both in the neighborhood and in the house. Keep your movement to a minimum and conversations down.


Check out instructions:
- Leave room keys on the TV table. If keys are missing you will be charged $50. This will cover the cost of replacing the locks to avoid future inconvenience for us and our guests.
- Empty trashcan by tying up all the garbage bags. Leave tied up garbage bags outside the side door on the left side (closer to the garage door).
- Late checkout beyond 30 mins will include a fee of $50 and $10/hr thereafter. Unless discussed in advance. This is to ensure we are able to make the room available for the next guest in time and quality condition.
