2006年にこの家を取得し、キッチンとバスルームをアップグレードしました。 新しく塗装され、新しいカーペットと窓があります。 広い裏庭。 ビーチまで歩いてすぐ。 ストーンハーバーとアバロンを含むバリアアイランドのファミリーリゾートタウン。 ニュージャージー ケープメイ、ワイルドウッド、オーシャンシティまで車ですぐの距離。 アトランティックシティの南約45分。

1番目のベッドルームにはキングサイズのベッドがあり、2番目のベッドルームにはツインベッドのセット、1つのバスと屋外シャワー、4〜6人の家族、リビングルームとサンルーム、両部屋にテレビがあります。 後ろのパティオにあるBBQと屋外の家具は、大きなGRASS裏庭につながっており、子供たちが遊ぶのに最適です。 無料のwifi。

Phenomenal location!

Cozy beach house in Stone Harbor, NJ. Great restaurants and shopping just a few blocks away. We enjoyed the opportunity to easily walk to the beach, downtown, and Avalon. Helpful tips: Before arrival, confirm with the owner the need to bring/rent linens as well as cleaning service scheduling process and cost to work into your vacation budget.

Stone Harbor original home with yard and out eating. delightful, everything I wanted, great neighbor

Old-fashion in the best sense We had a great vacation - grandkids used the yard, breakfasts outside, two living rooms - one for games, one for democratic Convention on tv. Thank you for a great August week.

Our family had a wonderful stay - the house was clean, the backyard was great for the kids, and the location was great! Richard was very responsive and helpful throughout the week. We hope to be back soon!

Lovely cottage

This property is just as shown on site. Perfect for a couple or small family. Nice quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance from the beach and downtown. Owner answers questions quickly. I would highly recommend this property.

Comfy Beach Cottage

We love staying here and it the cottage is perfect for our small family. Great location and a short walk to the beach. The house is very clean and owner is very helpful and available. We love the updates that have been made since our last stay in 2020!

House was great and location was fabulous! Richard was a very response host. Our only concern was with the inconsistency of the wi-fi. Even though we followed Richard’s suggestion to unplug/replug, occasionally outages caused some minor issues. Everything else was fine and we will consider returning next year.

Good for the price

We enjoyed our one week stay. It is a very basic home as described, excellent location, and easy communication with the owner. What wasn’t ideal was the rusted and chipping electric baseboards and the one bathroom needs an overhaul. It was professionally cleaned and we were satisfied with the overall value for the price.

Loved every minute!

A quick walk to the beach and a quick walk to town, this house was in a great location. We loved our time here and would rent here again in a second. Owner was very accessible and nice to have beach tags and chairs available. Thank you!

Great property.

The entire stay was great. We have stayed here for 12 years plus. I highly recommend the property and the owner is great. The only compliant is the cleaning lady is really expensive and does a sub - standard job. Do not recommend using her.

We have been full time residents, as well as business owners, in Stone Harbor since 1967. This is a wonderful, upscale family vacation town. Once you arrive, you could park your car and not get in it again until you go home. The 7 mile island that Stone Harbor and Avalon share has a bike lane that runs the length of the island. The beach is a short 2.5 block walk, and the bay is even an even closer 1.5 blocks in the other direction. Stone Harbor has a great downtown area that has unique shops, miniature golf, restaurants, movie theater and plenty of ice cream! Also, just 6 short blocks from this property is an extensive recreational area including grass fields, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, playgrounds, and organized exercise classes everyday of the week.

The water sports are endless, if you've never been to an inflatable water park on the bay it should be on your to do list while you visit.
