Located only 5 minutes drive to the Stateline Casinos and the cental entertainment areas, this newly listed 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with all the comforts of home has newer furnishings.

The home is clean and in great shape with enough space for. 2 small families. The condo has 2 King Beds as well as a very large Queen/Full Bunkbed (Full mattress over a Queen Mattress) and has a pull out twin trundle for additional sleeping flexibility. There is also access to a washer/dryer.

This complex has a pool, hot tub, and plenty of parking. It is located near the lake (walking distance of 1/2 mile mile), restaurants /entertainment, and walking distance to grocery stores. About a 3-4 minute drive to the beach and Heavenly.
