First impressions were great… older but very Nice, like a beach condo, great family area, large sectional, Lots of room, decent kitchen etc. however when I woke up the next morning my arms were covered with bedbug bites. We all packed up and got out of there. I threw away my pillow & pajamas. The owners were very nice and refunded me 2/3 of my money. Seemed very sincere in saying they normally have the unit sprayed. Said they had already called an exterminator to check it out. But later told me they saw no indication of them at all-Even though I saw several indications and a few bugs upon my own inspection. ( I should have tried to take a picture but they are tiny.) Not to mention all the horrible itching bites. More than 60 bites in all(it has been 2 weeks and some are still itching! I am attaching photos of some of the worst ones. I’m sure if they burn that mattress and replace it and all the bedding that would fix the problem. Because no one else in any of the other beds got any bites. Minus the bedbug bites, this was a wonderful unit. Just beware.

Good value for the price

Overall the property was as expected. Hot water wasn't very hot. Internet was mobile and shared with other unit so somewhat slow. Couldn't carry video calls on Teams or Zoom due to the same so inconvenient for us or someone that plans on working from unit as a long term renter. Only the start/30sec button worked on microwave.

Great place to stay for our track meet in Whitehouse. Location was perfect for us. Communication with the host was amazing. Thank you for a great stay.

Awesome stay!!

We truly enjoyed our time here in Tyler TX. Loved the outside deck. We had a great time seeing our family. The third bedroom came in handy for nap time when our grandchildren were visiting. We will definitely keep this in our minds for future visits.

vrbo visit from 4/5 left out 4/8 am

I wrote an email 4/5 about concerns we had regarding the property. I never recd' a response. There were more issues found after that / the shower spewed water out even on the bathroom floor & walls, from the shower joint, not just from the shower head. I was leaving for the wedding at the church & got partial clothes wet cause of the irrigation system we knew nothing about There was no kitchen table & chairs for us to sit at. I also wrote & asked if you considered the house clean after we left & I never recd a response. Pls respond. Did you file on our tenancy for anything? Pls advise.

Great stay!

This is a really comfortable home to spend time at. My spouse had appointments in the area and this was a perfect place to stay, it was also a great location to get to things in the city. The owner was so patient and would definitely stay again.

Great getaway

With everything I am going through, this place allow me alone time with friend and kids to sit back and think without distractions. I enjoyed that the place felt homey and comfortable. The location is great. Thank you to the owners for being understanding and caring!!! I would recommend this place for a small family getaway!!!!

Just Right!

We needed a place to house my family of 5 while in town for a family reunion and this location was perfect. Instructions were clean and checkin/checkout process was very simple. Will likely book again next year!
