Modern, bright, and spacious 2-story apartment (floors 14-15) with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and separate workspace ideal for remote work/biz. Enjoy great views to the city and partial ocean views during your stay. 1-parking space included. Free access to common areas (roof-top pool, gym, rec room). Located in the popular tourist area of Miraflores; walking distance to markets, malls, trendy cafés, entertainment, and high-rated eateries; next door to the bohemian district of Barranco.

Common Areas Guidelines
Common areas and guest facilities are located on the top floor of the building (press the A button in the
elevator).
Guests are allowed to use the facilities, please communicate with reception staff.

Piscina Lounge:
- Reserved exclusively for residents and guests of the building, outside visitors not
permitted.
- Guests use the pool at their own risk.
- Guests must wear appropriate swimwear and shoes for slippery areas.
- No one under 13 years of age may use the pool.
- Smoking, food, and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the pool area.
- Beverages in glass containers are not permitted.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Guests must use towels when using the chaise lounges.
- Pool hours are Tue-Sun 8am-9pm.

Fitness Center
- Guests must reserve a time to use the fitness center at the reception desk within 24
hours.
- Maximum time of use per session is one hour.
- Maximum time of use for a single cardio machine is 30 min.
- It is mandatory to use a towel and face mask.
- Guests must wear appropriate exercise gear, it is prohibited to use facilities topless.
- Maximum capacity two guests at any given time.
- Guests must keep the door closed and the windows open.
- Fitness center hours are 5am-11pm.

Great location great facility

Everything you need and nothing more. Clean and modern, well equipped, near lots of retail. Amazing roof with billiards pool, and swimming pool, and gym with view of the city. Friendly staff downstairs.

Great place to stay in Lima

Great and well equipped apartment. Easy walking distance to all interesting sites in Miraflores. Supermarket and great restaurants are nearby. The bus to Lima downtown is accessible with a few minutes walk. Juan, the property owner/manager, was really helpful with any of our requests and questions. I highly recommend this accommodation for your stay in Lima.

Perfect apartment!

The apartment was simply PERDECT! The communication with the host was very smooth. The location was great, close to everything you might need, and the beds were heavenly, couldn’t have asked for better beds after how tired we were from all of our previous outings in the Cusco area before going to Lima.

LOCATION !!

Property very clean and best kitchen setup we have ever seen . All the utensils you would ever need. Two bedrooms and 2 and a half baths .Full size fridge and great gas stove plus a washer and dryer in one. Lots of restaurants near bye and a safe neighbour hood. Loved watching the amazing sunsets in the early evening. We spent 6 weeks and any issues were handled easily by the property Manager. Enjoy your stay in confidence.

Modern Apartment in Miraflores!

This place was a great choice! My partner and I had plenty of space with the 2 bedrooms and extra bathrooms. The kitchen and living space were stocked and had a beautiful view. The fans in the bedrooms were also ideal based on the hot summer weather. Building is super secure with security downstairs and a digital key lock. The apartment is located in a central area of Miraflores, close to a ton of restaurants and walkable in every direction. As someone who grew up in Lima, this place is a perfect choice for comfort, prime location and modern/clean design + would highly recommend!

Lima Apartment

We had a great stay in Lima. The apartment was lovely, very clean, and in a great location for exploring the city. The only issue is that the pool, games, and common areas were closed for repair and we were not informed before our arrival. The host offered no penalty if we found alternate accommodations, however, we had already arrived and it was too late to find alternative accommodations. The pool, games, and common areas were the main reasons for choosing this apartment so it was a little disappointing. Overall, a great place to stay.

First of all thank you for being a great guest. In regard to the issue you pointed out, as I let you know a water leak was detected two days before your arrival and the same day you arrived I was informed that the pool, the game zone and common areas would be closed for repairs. Unfortunatly these types of isssues are unexpected and they are out of my control. Again sorry for the inconvenience.
