Spectacular Beach Front Condo. Small bldg with infinity pool and gym .

Beautiful Designer Spacious Condo in a small 7 stories only building with 22 units. this building is the newest building on the nicest beach in the area, Located on the Beautiful Bay of Banderas enabling you to watch the whales (Dec - March) breaching from the large terrace overlooking the infinity pool, jacuzzi and beach.

Punta de Mita is a small quaint fishing village with extremely friendly locals. We have many wonderful mopen air restaurants and shops in the little downtown area.

You don't need a car however we have parking available for one vehicle in our enclosed garage. You can also rent a golf cart from a local vendor. The downtown area is within walking distance by beach (10 minutes), or road (15 minutes). There are taxis for rent if you want to visit some of the small towns nearby such as Sayulita, Bucerias, La Cruz de Huanacaxtle or San Pancho.

We have one of the only private gyms in the area only for owners and rentals. Gym includes treadmills, ellipticals, weights and squash court.

You will experience a feeling of ownership and privacy here. Punta Vista Signature Residences is the Premier Beachfront building with 24-7 Security. Daily maid service provided except Holidays and Sundays.

Enjoy gorgeous sunrises and sunsets right from your private terrace. This is a very quiet and romantic place to enjoy your Paradise away from home. You’ll love to stay in this cozy, relaxing and so welcoming condo, it’s a great experience that you’ll remember for years to come.

Breathtaking view and proximity to the water

Immaculate beach rental! Everything was high quality and well stocked. We were astounded by how close the water was, when you face the deck you feel like you’re right by the water. Pool area was resort quality and convenient access to the beach. Perfectly done, would definitely go back!

3 retired siblings and their spouses LOVED this place!

This spacious and beautiful condo was perfect for 3 couples. Its 3 bed/3 bath + powder room fit 3 siblings and their spouses was great for us--large enough that we were easily able to spread out in the large open kitchen, living, dining and bar areas as well as the huge balcony. The 24-hour desk clerk was always helpful and kind. Everybody want to go back!

Great place to stay!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. It was our first trip to Punta de Mita. Clare was superbly helpful in getting me orientated to the area before we arrived. Our family of 4 including 2 sons ages 20 and 24 enjoyed all of it. The condo was beautiful. The complex was quiet. Location was super easy to walk to restaurants and beach activities. Thank you Clare for your beautiful place and being so willing to give us such great info on the area and how to's! Wed love to come back again soon!

AMAZING VRBO - FULLY RECOMMEND!

This VRBO is amazing. Beautiful art and amazing lighting and details throughout. Very spacious and accommodating for our family both from a spacial perspective and a host perspective. Great views. The photos don't do it justice. Really a great place to spend some time. Right on a quiet stretch of beautiful beach. Swimming pool was amazing for us adults as well as the kids. Fully recommend this place. You won't be disappointed.

Worst host ever.

Th host cancelled on us once we were already in punta mita. When i told her i was already there with the family, she responded: oh, sorry, there are plenty of condos in the area (which we could not find) so we ended up going all the way back to out hometown. She ruined my daughter's Vacation. Stay away from this place. Worst experience ever.

Spring Break trip with kids

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this enormous, beautiful condo. We were two families with teenage kids. The condo is large and located right on the beach. Its a modern building with a long infinity pool, jacuzzi and white sand beach just a few steps away. There is a large and flowing balcony looking out over the ocean. Just as the pictures show! The condo is located in a modern, new building and built in 5-star fashion. The owners have furnished it immaculately, with beautiful light fixtures and furniture. It feels like a Four Seasons! There is a maid who comes daily, a concierge who is very helpful and 24-hour security. The owners were excellent to work with, made great recommendations (restaurants, shops, etc) and made our stay so easy and pleasant. There are also great restaurants just down the beach and in the town. We will definitely back to enjoy the condo, the beach, the pool, the town and the hospitality.

Se siente como en casa.

Las fotos se quedan cortas para describir lo bello del lugar y la zona, clare fue super atenta, amable, respetuosa, su departamento esta precioso, todo es de calidad, la cocina, las camas, los baños impecables en general estuvo muy comodo, muy agradecidos con hervin y hina, que por cierto cocina muy rico. Si regresaría a hospedarme con ellos, estuvimos muy contentos. Muchisimas gracias por la confianza!!!! eres una gran host.
