We had a few issues during our stay but Taylor responded quickly to our texts and phone call. One issue was that when we arrived around 9 pm the electricity was out in the whole neighborhood! Obviously no ones fault and fortunately it came back on within the hour. LOL A new front door keypad had been installed and the directions on how to lock it "in the information book" had not been updated so Taylor patiently talked us through it. There were a few things that needed to be fixed/cleaned that we told Taylor about after we left and he said he would definitely go check out the property and address our concerns. There were PLENTY of towels, blankets, etc to help us have a comfortable sleep. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. We did Polar Express, the Deer Farm, and Bearazona. All had a great time.

Nice place but could use a little maintenance (upstair shower didn't work properly). Plus, propane tank ran out while BBQing. Overall, 9 out of 10.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location.

Loved the house. It had everything we needed and plenty of space. Saw a deer in the backyard one of the mornings.

Large, beautiful home.

The home is large and accommodated the six of us easily. The neighborhood is a beautifully maintained golf course community.

Warm cabin

House was nice when arrived doors were open in back not locked windows wouldn't lock in multiple rooms including both windows to master bedrooms few small things were broken ...and that wouldn't have mattered but the heat in the house was annoying yes it was listed with no Ac but never will stay at any cabin ever again in the summer without ac made what was supposed to be relaxing trip for my sons not cool at at and i mean that in both senses ..and forget staying upstairs they had a portable ac unit witch witch was not hooked up properly whats the point of blowing cold air if the door has to be open letting in hot air ...the house did get nice and cool after like 9pm but with all the windows open and fans in ..its a simple fix a heat exaust setep for upstairs and small ac would make huge difference ...but didnt enjoy a warm cabin ...

The VRBO was midway between the Grand Canyon and Sedona. There were many other sites to see close by.

Awesome place and location

Great Place to stay. Super close to shopping and downtown Williams. Beds are a little firm and no air conditioning but otherwise awesome place to stay. Super nice walking near and on golf course paths. Lots of deer to see as well.

S speaking with the owner made everything so awesome we thank you we had a great time great location friendly people everybody waves and says hello only thing I would like if the other two TVs worked awesome but then again we didn't go to watch TV so we all did sit in the living room and watch a movie before going out to eat fire pit great we made s'mores. The price is excellent and for what you get it is above and beyond thank you.

Fantastic Home Near the Canyon

I am happy to contribute another five-star review for this property. Its high rating is what earned my business, and I have seen why it is rated so high! The amenities in this house, including the kitchenware, cooking equipment, laundry facility, and supplies, all went above and beyond most rentals. The house layout is perfect for multiple families with children, and I like that there wasn't anything particularly "breakable," but the home was still nicely decorated. I recommend this house; the proximity to the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, Williams, and Sedona was perfect.
