Wonderful home in North Topsail! We had a wonderful week and would definitely go back.Location: Right on the beach with beautiful ocean views. We were about 12 minutes from Surf City. Closest grocery store 7 minutes away. Right across the street is a casual restaurant/bar that serves pizza and sandwiches. There’s also a small surf shop and ice cream stand. The staff were all very friendly and the food was good! House: The deck outside had gates, which was wonderful with our dog! The home has one bedroom with a king bed downstairs (this room stays the darkest). Three bedrooms upstairs. Two of the rooms have a small window that’s high up, so it lets light in in the morning. Beds were comfortable and we had all the towels and linens we needed. Home was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. I would recommend bringing your own blender if you want a lot of smoothies or drinks. There is a small one there.

Great Stay at The Jolly Roger

A nice clean condo with no neighboring houses to the north. Clean is what i worry about most, and this place was good to go. There is a public beach access on the north side. Everyone that l saw coming there were your friendly typical beachgoers. Beach Bums Pizza Bar & Grill right across the street if you want something quick to eat. They don't do take out though. We had great access to the beach which was one of our main reasons for getting the condo. Pleanty of supplies and towells for the week. Great stay overall!

Very convenient oceanfront property

We enjoyed not having to bring sheets or towels even beach towels were provided , toilet paper and paper towels also provided , all the necessities were there.

AMAZING HOUSE

I would highly recommend the Jolly Roger the location is wonderful the owner was very good and responding . First time in a while that we have gone on vacin Topsail and had no issue with a rental. Only thing i would recommend is a mattess topper for downstairs bed its kinda hard . I will definitely rent this place again.

Great Location on the Beach

The easiest check in we have ever had. Jolly Roger has an ideal location whether going north or south, Beachfront was another great perk to the house. It was an excellent week of rest and relaxation for my family.

Right on the beach

We had a very pleasant stay at The Jolly Roger. We liked the location. The beach was wide and the house had a great view of the water. The house is fairly close to the Sneads Ferry bridge so we were close to Foodlion and restaurants. There was a very casual restaurant and bar across the street. We loved that it was dog friendly.

Wonderful Place Direct Access to Ocean

This house is beautiful and has everything you need. There is direct ocean access created with the walkway which is easy to navigate as an older person. There is a first floor bedroom we used which is great for people with mobility issues. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Amazing Vacation

One of the best vacations that we have had in years. The house was gorgeous. We enjoyed the oceanfront views and the easy access to the beach. We really enjoyed all of the decks. I was very impressed how well supplied the house was with practically everything you could think of. All of our neighbors stayed the same time we did and everyone was very friendly. We hope to come back soon!
